Please tell me WHY it takes so long for these people to make a sandwich?
Second visit to this new location. Prices went up. Long wait times stayed the same.
Pizza steak is fine – but definitely not worth $ 10.00 and a 45 minute wait.
Don’t order the «Special Italian» hoagie – it is DEFINITELY not worth $ 10.00 and a 45 minute wait.

I heard about DiVello’s, but saw the reviews on Unilocal were a mixed bag. After putting it off for some time, I decided to give them a try and see for myself. I had their Cheesesteak Gorgonzola sandwich today and I really liked it. They are generous with the amount of meat and cheese they put in their sandwiches. However, as for the rolls they use, I would prefer a firmer hoagie roll as it was too soft for my taste. Really minor issue aside, their specialty cheesesteaks remind me of Gaetano’s. The staff were polite, friendly, and gave off a positive vibe. I didn’t see encounter any rude behavior during my visit. I recommend giving them a try as I will definitely return in the future and get another cheesesteak or try one of their hoagies.

I had seen pics of their beautiful breakfast sammies. so went to try one for myself. I had one with egg, cheese, peppers, onions, bacon. and I added potatoes. it was awesome! I hate half and saved the rest for the next day. staff were super nice and friendly. I was very happy with my experience here. My only (minor) complaint is that it would be nice to have a choice of bread. I like harder, seeded rolls. maybe i am weird. the rolls were too soft. I work in Northfield and there is a place (rose’s garden grill) that basically gives you your choice of bread for all sandwiches. Now, it’s quite possible that DiVello’s might, if I asked. next time, I will. again, though very happy with my breakfast sandwich and I will return, veni vidi vici

I read the bad reviews and I honestly don’t believe it. The staff is always very kind whether I’m calling in an order or walking in to place it and wait. I’ve even had the owner deliver! We called just before closing and rather than turn us away the owner delivered on his way home. That’s service! Their pork roll egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a kaiser is seriously the best I have ever had. I order if for lunch/dinner sometimes it’s just-that-good. Their cheesesteaks are amazing. Went healthy with an antipasto salad and that was delish too! Always end the order with boardwalk fries! I am always happy with my meal. Probably the best cheesesteaks & hoagies in Medford.

I was with my family, my wife my 12 years old son and my daughter 8 years old, we when to a theater to watch a movie and after that my daughter say let’s eat in McDonald’s or burger king and we say we tired to eat junk food and spending more than $ 30 and when we search we find DiVello’s Deli in Medford I can’t believe after we eat my kids says daddy from now on we don’t want no more Mc or Burger King we going to make this place ours favorite place because the French fries its home made the Angus Burger it’s the best witch my wife and I agree We can wait to go back and taste another food from the variety menu they have very good service and prices and the best part they deliver congrats to DiVello’s team it’s hart to find places like that !! Awesome !!

Best Hoagie and burgers around. Plus you gotta try their Cranberry Chicken Salad! Every time I walk in I have a hard time choosing what to get… everything is amazing and they deliver. Huge portions, good prices, clean environment, and great service. What more can I ask for?

I had ordered 2 cheesesteaks and fries and ten wings oh my god they were the best ever and the fries were the best they fresh cut there fries I will be stopping at least once a week.

I waited over an hour and a half for two sandwiches and french fries. The sandwiches were wrong with ingredients not requested. French fries were cold and soggy. I couldn’t even eat the food it was so terrible. Such a waste of money and time. Should have stuck with Gaetano’s as there is never a problem there.

So I went back their again today despite previous disappointments and I was let down again. the person who took my order over the phone was as rude as the last time I ordered from there. I had a simple order of cheese fries I get back to my work to find out I was given just an order of french fries with no cheese. I called back their to inform them of the the mistake and I was rudely told that it was my fault not theirs. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant at all if I could give it lower than 1 star I would.
