Fast, friendly, and fresh products. Only issue is finding a place to quickly park. There’s plenty of places to sit. Only issue encountered was connecting to wifi.

I love Dunkin Donuts but hate this location with a passion. It has the most incompetent staff I have ever scene. I kept going back because it is the closest location to my house — and I kept forgetting how bad the staff was. The last 3 times I’ve gone(about a month apart each on different times/days of the week) I had the same awful experience and slow/screwed up orders. One time it was very busy so I’ll cut them some slack. The 2 other times it was dead in there and they could not get my order right. I refuse to go here and will either drive to the Dunks on the Fellsway or go to Dempsey’s across the street. In summary this is the worst dunks ever.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place another chance. I feel like a have ahlstimers, because I’m always forgetting how bad the staff is and how bitter they make their coffee. The staff seems miserable because the old guy with the beard is always yelling at them. All of the staff yell for the next customer in line, before they even hand you back you change. I sometimes wonder what horrible thing they did in life to wind up working at this place… they all seem so unhappy… Deffently going to one of the other 2 Dunkins in town from now on.

I know it seems that there is a Dunkin Donuts on every corner but I’m really glad there’s one on my corner. Every time I blink they’ve added a new item to their menu. Just give me a good old fashion ice coffee occasionally with a turbo shot, cream and 1 Splenda. YUM! I will drink it almost year round except when the temps dip well below frfrfrfreeezing. Sunday morning with the guy selling the Globe is so old school. I haven’t bought nor read the Sunday Globe in probably 5 years but it’s still pretty cool to have him there.

Why am I reviewing a Dunkin’ Donut? Because I want to warn people not to go here. This is the closest Dunkin’ Donut to my place, but let me tell you why I don’t go there anymore. 1. They do not have bagels/croissants at 9am on a Saturday(this happened twice). 2. When I ordered a breakfast sandwich, there was mold on the sausage. 3. One time they had bagels and we got some to go. As the guy handed us bagels, he yelled to another worker«Dude, we need to get rid of those bagels.» When my husband asked what’s wrong with them, he said«oh, nothing. they’re just old»…WHAT? Unbelievable. Needless to say, I haven’t been back to this place in over a year. Good thing there’s 2 other Dunkin’ Donuts close by.
