History

Established in 2010.

Next Step Communications, LLC (NSC) was established in 2010 by Jason Parmley and his brother-​n-​law, Ryan Brungardt. Both men worked in the telecommunications field for years, as well as in large multimedia and entertainment companies, giving them the knowledge and expertise needed to be successful in this industry. They decided to break off and form their own company, because they saw a need for a company that will not just provide the customer with a product, but a company that will provide a positive experience for the customer, as well as provide service with integrity, superior finished products, and excellent customer service. Both men hope to fill a void created by large, impersonal companies that simply take their customers for granted.
