I had a Swedish massage and reflexology with Kris. It was fantastic! Music was good and at the right level, the lotion was nice, and the room was warm. You start on your front and it is a light pressure massage on a heated bed. Then you turn to your back and it’s the same but with the reflexology on your feet and a hot towel to end. I actually fell asleep for a minute, it was so relaxing, and I never fall asleep. Kris was very kind and professional, with strong hands, and we chatted comfortably before she got started. The only thing I would recommend to the salon is to have one of those roll pillows to put under your legs when you turn on your back. I find it helps with people with lower back issues during the front massage, but not all salons use it. Perhaps it’s available on request? Anyway, great massage and I highly recommend the reflexology as well. I will be back for a facial next week so I will update then.

I would give 0 stars if I can, I did a hair cut with Michelle Rene the owner, he is awful, he talks and does not do a good job, I will not waste my time to come to this place! very concentrate about the money not the service.

I don’t know what I got but I suspect it wasn’t a Brazilian blowout; there was no mask, no washing my hair, the whole process was a woman washing my hair to begin with, applying something to it, blowing it dry and then flat ironing it. I’ve had a Brazilian blowout before and it involves much more time and many more steps than what they did at this salon. This salon advertised that they do Brazilian blowouts but that’s not what I got. Very disappointing.

Went in today for a haircut by Sue and had an excellent experience! Sue listened exactly how I wanted my hair cut and it turned out perfect. The salon was also very beautiful and modern in terms of décor. There was no product pushing, as you sometimes can see at other salons. The price was also excellent! $ 64 hair cut with a blow out and flat ironing is an incredible price for a high-end salon like this in the Tysons area. I highly recommend Sue and had a great experience today. I plan to return for my next hair cut.

The receptionist was great. Super friendly. So stars for her. However, my hair came out horrible. I asked for my hair to be a rich medium brown and lighter than the dark brown I have. I was told since I dyed it out of the box they would have to strip the color. The receptionist suggested highlights. I said ok sure. The stylist mentioned twice that the highlights would not be too light and I said sure! No problem. Then she states it ended up being between highlights and an ombré(after it was done while she was washing the color out). Unfortunately, my hair is orange. Bright orange. At first I thought it might be me not used to the light color. But after my family saw it they said,“get it changed. Your hair looks oxidized and orange”. Photos attached. I am going to call tomorrow to have them do something about it or refund my money. It’s just awful. I was also charged $ 180 for this. Look for yourself. Update: I went in the next day and it was a bit of a tough time getting help with fixing my hair at first. It was a Sunday and the owner wasn’t there since he works elsewhere that day. The manager was also off as well. The only hair stylist there was busy and didn’t want to fix someone else’s mistake as she wouldn’t get paid for it(don’t blame her!). I asked if I could just get a refund dr the color(not the cut) but they were unable to do so. I had thought this compromise was fair. Sadly it didn’t happen. The staff repeatedly called the owner as did I(I feel bad but could not leave like the photo you saw) and we finally got a hold of him. He was nice and asked for me to come back during the week. I honestly could not. I lived about 45 min away and I just couldn’t spend another day off trying to fix this. Eventually the stylist available helped by giving me two options. I chose placing toner on the hair which worked. I ended up with a nice blowout and my hair looked normal again. The stylist was sweet and I felt bad that she only got my tip as payment. The next day I did speak with the sweet manager(receptionist) who had been wonderful to me previously. She offered to have my children receive a free cut. I agreed to edit my review to show they tried to rectify the situation as well as I felt that was true. The only reason I cannot give more than an additional Star is that after 2 visits I pretty much walked in with my dark brown hair and walked out with the same color minus $ 200. It was quite an expensive venture. I really regret having walked in that Saturday afternoon. I could have saved myself some time and a decent amount of money. Btw. The original stylist who placed the orange highlights /mess in my hair was named Victoria and the stylist who fixed it was a sweet french woman with short red hair. I just don’t understand how the original felt ok with charging me such an amount for such a horrible job. Think she noticed it too and said it was lighter than expected. I was told by someone at the salon after my hair was fixed that I no longer looked like a chicken. Lol. I laughed but I think this goes to show that it was very obvious the original work was not acceptable. You shouldn’t allow someone looking to feel better and who is having a hard time already to walk out feeling worse then they do. I wouldn’t do that to anyone and take their money on top of it. I really feel robbed. But I am grateful to the stylist who fixed my hair and to the manager for calling after. The owner had no idea and I do understand that he did his best to ask the stylist to help me as well.

I see this place always empty. Few days ago I decided to take a risk and get a haircut here. I came inside and ask how much was haircut. The lady who took me to the chair wasn’t in a hurry to give me the answer. She set me, asked me what I want. I told her what kind of cut I need, she said $ 75(I have short hair and always get simple Bob), and went to paint her nails. I asked her if they have nails services as well, she said«no» and kept working on her nails. I asked when she will cut me. She said she doesn’t do the bob cut very well and that the other stylist will take care of me. The other stylist was coloring someone’s hair, but came to me and quickly took care of me. It took her 5 minutes to cut the hair, while she was cutting and style me, the shelf where she kept her tools, twice flew towards me. The stuff is hanging out as if they where in their home, one of the girls was laying on the sofa and checking her phone. I got compliments for my extremely expensive hair cut, but I won’t be coming back.

Feeling beautiful again. Robin is fantastic. A true pro and a great person, she taught me things about my hair that no one ever told me! I went in with one thing in mind, talked to Robin, followed her advice and turned out better than ever. I feel beautiful and elegant again. Color and cut are amazing, and I have difficult hair. I’m looking forward to setting up my next appointment. Thank you!

DONOTWAXHERE. Amy Mashal is a kind woman but she is clearly inexperienced and unqualified to wax. She is benefitting off of the Sugar Baby waxing ad in the window, but it’s actually for a different salon sharing the shop! Nightmare Brazilian– she was slopping wax on — it was dripping everywhere — and then putting the strips on messily. Lots of yanking. The strips were bunching and not pulling hair from the root. She went over the same places atleast 5 – 10 times. So painful. Despite the pain, I looked down and she missed so much hair. I thought she was the Sugar Baby waxer but clearly was not. I could do a better job to myself. The management needs to clearly label the two salons — this is dangerous. I have burns. She put some lotion on that stung so badly. It was clearly not supposed to go there. I’ve had atleast 20 – 30 waxes in life and this was absolutely the worst. Do not go, and management PLEASE… do not let her wax people! Lawsuit waiting to happen. By the way this torture cost $ 45

Sophia is fantastic. She did a consultation with me before we started and gave me better and healthier options of what to do with my hair in terms of color. I loved the outcome. She’s very generous with her time and her talent. Highly recommend her.

I called this salon about a Groupon and explained to Tony about my nieces hair– she is mixed and has very tight spiral curls. He told me the keratin treatment would not be a problem for her at all and would take approx. 2 hours. When I got there 15MINUTESEARLY, he proceeded to tell me I was 15 mins late(mind you I have my first call to him on recording!) and then told me her hair would cost 550 dollars and take 5 hours. He was extremely rude. There wasn’t anyone in the salon at all. Extremely rude behavior and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. My niece was very upset. Please don’t promise things to clients on the phone!!! I wouldn’t have driven 45 minutes there. don’t tell people it «absolutely won’t be a problem» if you don’t know for sure. Ridiculous!!!

DONOTGETBRAZILIANWAX at this salon! Worst wax experience of my life!!! I thought they were the same — Sugar Baby Wax– big mistake! A sweet nice lady name Annita, came by and said she could do It. I am not sure how this lady got her waxing license?! Online maybe? I don’t know about her other services but this is DEFINITELYNOT something she know what the F she is doing. Sweet nice lady, don’t get me wrong. Nothing wrong with her person. But she didn’t know what she was doing. Number one common sense in waxing, is to not keep pulling skin over and over again same spot, and hair still be there. She left me bruised and skin completely hurt. 40 min into it I just couldn’t possibly take it anymore, looked down and there were like 60% of hair left still ?! I am Brazilian, I have been getting brazilians since I was 15. I’m good with the pain. I know what to expect. My hair is thin, and not that hard to remove. She simply does not know how to wax. I feel afraid for anyone that doesn’t know much about what to expect in getting waxed, walk in here and get a Brazilian with her. This is traumatic!!! I was almost crying like a baby, feeling borderline violated. Thank god, sugar baby wax share the space! I begged for her to stop, she then put a calming solution, which I am pretty sure it was not meant for that area, which was already red and burnt. It felt like I was being skinned alive, no exaggeration. Then, sugar baby wax Kasi came for the rescue, finish the job, did an amazing job in an area that was already all hurt. Lady, you are very sweet, nothing personal to you but please do not give a Brazilian wax to anyone. You really don’t know what you are doing!

WOW! Robin is a fantastic colorist and stylist. She matched my highlights perfectly and the price was outstanding. I will definitely return. This shop is located on the 2nd floor at the same entrance as Coastal Flats — park in garage E on the 4th floor, walk across the bridge and they are on the left.

I highly recommend this salon, especially for highlights. I haven’t colored my hair in years and did a lot of research on salons in the area before I went in. The owner, Robin, did my hair and she was terrific — super friendly and patient. The cut, color and blowout were fabulous, at a VERY reasonable price compared to other overpriced salons in Tysons. The salon itself is very easy to get to with ample parking, since it’s located in Tysons mall right at the entrance. I will definitely return.

I only write reviews for places that I either really like or really hate and I love the service I got today at salon Simone. My hairdresser today was Cici and she was very friendly professional and was very time efficient. I asked for cut and color and she did very well on both! She gave me a light milk chocolate brown dye all over, my ends were bleached so she put color on top of that so she could go back in with chestnut bayalage highlights and it looks good when the sun hits it! The total time for cut, shampoo, color and blowout was 2 hours which is pretty impressive considering I have really long and thick hair. You should definitely make an appointment here! It was my first time today but I’ll probably be coming back again 5⁄5
