Lady’s Footlocker

Generally walking around tysons corner, and I haven’t been in lady footlocker in I know over 8+ years. I really didn’t know they were still around. I stopped in and I saw a bunch of sports bras I liked. I will say the whole time I was in there no one asked if I needed any assistance I don’t even think they greeted me when I walked in. I flipped thru the sports bras a little and found a few I liked I also had a 20 $ coupon from footlocker that lady footlocker honored. The bras had a additional sale on them that I didn’t know about. There was no signs up but I didn’t complain of course. When I showed the coupon the cashier confirmed with 2 different people that I could use the coupon. No one probably really knew but they honored it anyway. I ended up walking out with Nike 2 sports bras for $ 20 WHAT A DEAL !

Horrible store. The manager is very very rude. First they don’t ask you if you need help. Then I went back for a return they flipped out saying it was worn and they absolutely don’t care if the shoes hurt. It is the customer responsibility to make sure the shoes don’t hurt. Then she wrote her name in big letters on the receipt saying contact customer service because it’s not their problem

Good customer service, awesome selection of both Nike, Addidas sporting shoes in the PRETTIEST styles imaginable. I wish I had came here before buying my pair of cross training sneakers, but will definitely come back for a pair light weight runners! Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
