Pam Pampers Pets specializes in pet sitting «at your own home» so your fur babies feel comfortable in their own environment away from possible diseases and/​or anxiety that strange pets at a kennel, boarding or daycare facility could generate. Pamela, owner and operator, believes all animals deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and dignity. She will make periodic visits to your house to feed, water, medicate if needed, and allow your pets potty breaks. She will also walk your dogs if you desire and is highly concerned in providing the love and companionship animals need on a daily basis. Visits are a minimum of 30 minutes but sometimes longer, should her schedule allow, since Pam finds it difficult to remove herself from her fur baby clients! Animals are her life and she will spoil them with love, hugs, kisses, belly rubs, mini massages and anything else you might desire!

History

Established in 2010.

Pam Pampers Pets began in 2010 when Pamela decided to fulfill her life long dream of working with animals. Since then, she has acquired a large group of high-​end clientele most of whom travel globally for business and/​or pleasure. She is in the process of expanding her business to better cover the high seasons but has found it difficult to acquire employees that stand up to her high expectations and standards. Her goal is to find others who have a great deal of animal knowledge, are professional, tremendously reliable and honest, and feel as passionately devoted, affectionate and attentive to animals as herself.

Pam has a B.S. in psychology and a Master’s degree in education and taught full time as a teacher for 16 years in Mesquite TX. Although she found working with children fulfilling, Pam decided to make her first passion in life a new career. She is certified through Pet Sitters International and was recently featured in Pet Sitter World Magazine May/​June 2014 issue. Her company is bonded and insured through Pet Sitters and Associates, LLC. Pam states,“It doesn’t feel like work when you enjoy it so much! I have a deep and passionate unconditional love for animals and I seem to be a magnet to them. Even the most frightened animals automatically know how kind, sensitive and intuitive I am to their feelings.” Pam’s goal is to grow her business and hope to find others to work for her who feel the same passion for animals as she does so she can resume her volunteer work with rescued and abused animals. She enjoys specializing in the rehabilitation of the severely abused and neglected ones.
