Most repairs come with a 1 year labor warranty, some have a 2 year nationwide labor warranty.

Many of my parts come with a «lifetime manufacture’s» warranty

History

Established in 2001.

Iv’e nearly 40 years in the industry & started my own business in 3 states, Ca. Az. and Tx. In that time I have only worked for 3 honest employers. My industry is driven by greed and the almighty dollar. I was tired of service writers lying to customers to make a sale (many of which were customers I’d brought to them). In 2001 I decided to do something about it and started «Integrity Automotive». My mission is to offer the best repairs for a fair price and never compromise my integrity! I’ve been the «Readers Choice» shop of the year in 2010 and 2011 and «Best of Dallas» shop of year for McKinney /​Allen in 2013 and 2015. I’ve all the diagnostic equipment needed and am constantly going to continuing education to stay sharp. One other thing I do that separates me from most is that my «service writer» isn’t on commission, so he’s not going to see dollar signs when you walk in. Tired of being abused? Then come on in and let’s get to know each other, «Integrity» it’s no just a name!

I’ve got a passion for my trade, but even more so for people and honoring my God through my craft. I’ve been married to Debbie for 30 years and have a beautiful godly daughter Amaris. McKInney is my home of 26 years and I’m proud and honored to call myself a Texan! I’m a Christian and am unapologetic for my faith. My priorities are faith, family, friends then you and finally myself. I love water sports and camping with my wife. We were honored to have David Riddle added to or family when he married my baby on 12/​15/​2013. They both make us proud and hopefully someday we’ll be blessed with grandchildren. I’m surrounding by friends that would lay their lives down for me and i consider myself a truly fortunate man.
