If you decided to go to this place and have leather on your door panels. Make sure to tell them to put towel or something underneath the window to prevent excessive amount of water from installing the tint. Otherwise your leather will get ruined and they won’t to anything about it. Sam is the owner of the CCS&T and he is just cheap car sales man. Don’t expect too much and make sure you check your car before pulling out. GL.

My experience was great and they have great pricing on window tint. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After my suv was done on of the installers even gave me tips on cleaning the tint should I need to in the future. I will definitely be going back to get my other vehicles done in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would but I can’t. The professionalism shown by this facility is far below my previous choice for car window tint which I didn’t use due to proximity to my home. I wanted to support my local business but clearly you get what you pay for in both customer service and their ability to make the customer happy when I did exactly as I was told. If you do use them, be sure you show up when the doors open regardless of what they say. And last thing, they have no problem talking about you right in front of you as you walk In the door. Accept responsibility on all counts and I’ll accept your apology but when you don’t listen to what I, as a customer, have to say claiming I’m arguing maybe there’s a reason for that. Look to your office help and you might find your answer. Very unprofessional.

Took my first car here when I moved to McKinney. Service was great, people behind the counter are knowledgeable and we enjoyed the work they did.
So much so, we took our second car back for the exact same tint, and lucky us they were running a special at the time. Bonus.

Very rude customer service here. The dark haired lady has no idea what it means to have good customer service skills, rather than attempt to fix a problem she blames and points fingers at the customer and blames the customer for not reading the fine print. I have 2 more vehicles needing tint jobs and I refuse to do business here again. I had my truck done there and the tint was not taken below the seal of the window and it was cut very short and the cut is visible and crooked. The back sliding windows are short about an 1/​8″ and cut pieces of tint are hanging loosely all around the windows. Had I known what I know now, I would have avoided this place. Very poor workmanship and rude customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. You’ve been warned

Great, fast service. My truck looks amazing after a tint job done at Custom Car Stereo and Tint. I showed up late to my appointment and I felt terrible, but they still treated me excellent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Got my girlfriend a Groupon for her birthday — they were super nice and helpful with her! Went through all the upgrade options with her but with no pressure to buy. Was done in just over an hour and comes with a lifetime warranty!

Summary: this place is worth visiting for a tint.
⁴⁄₅ stars because they didn’t clean the windows (like someone else posted farther down) — which really doesn’t bother me (I wash my cars regularly). Second thing for tint aficionados: no Llumar or H Optic, but Suntek (which they sell) seems to be up and coming, and owned by the same parent company. If you have a regular car, it shouldn’t matter. They offer a lifetime guarantee on everything but their cheapest tint.
Dealt with Jennifer, and another gentleman on a different day. When they tried to apply the rear tint, they had to re-​do and hand cut the back window. I’ve been to another place where they let it be, and I had to speak to a manager. Jennifer said they want to get it right the first time, and it was nice to see someone in the business follow through on that. I didn’t have the same experience with another tint place on my last car.
What makes a place like this is not what happens when things go right, it’s what happens when the customer (me) has to come back. My M3 coupe has a feature where the window drops ¼″ when opening/​closing the door. This caused the bottom part of the side window tint to peel.
Jennifer and the team at CCT were not just willing to help, they were more than happy to do so. They removed/​re-​applied the tint, no questions asked, and the tint has been perfect since. So my car wasn’t the easiest to perform a tint on, and they’ll probably know better the next time they get a BMW coupe in the shop. But to me, their response speaks volumes. I don’t know about their stereo installs, but I can tell you that my experience with their tint service was a solid one.

3^rd times a charm!
Unfortunately not for me. I will keep my experience as short as I can. To start off id like to say do not go here! They lack skill… let me explain before you think I am just another angry customer. I first brought my car here to get ceramic tint done. I read the reviews and decided to spend my money on them. The first tint came out poor/​mediocre. It had scratches that you could catch a finger nail on, and bubbles that didnt go away, I stated so on my first Unilocal review which I deleted due to the fact the owner called me (and assumed I wrote the review) and said he would make it up to me and to bring my car in and they will redo the whole job.
2^nd (warranty work)
So I brought my car in several weeks later due to time restraints on my end, although I had a future appointment, good on them! Customer service seems more than acceptable now. After the work was done and I was home. I noticed the tint looked better than before at a quick glance, however i did notice my door card was damaged near the window. There were two punctures in the vinyl from the installation of tint. I did a further inspection of the tint because if they messed that up and didnt say anything how do I know there isnt anything else. Guess what I found? One window was cut jagged and easily noticeable. The roof around the 3^rd brake light sags/​crooked (ITS STILL THIS WAY) and just miscellaneous trash in the film. I called the owner and he said he would order me a new door card and to bring it in so they could see the damage and determine what was gonna be done.
3^rd (and final time)4−29−14
Brought my car back to get the damage fixed and one window, because I didnt want them to «play» tint technician again. Well 3 windows were re tinted. All look great from the outside. I had it done today. From the inside I can easily see scratches from the tools and more than acceptable trash stuck under it. OH and get this. The new door card that was installed has a dent/​deformation in it. Right where u would rest your arm. Also a deep scratch where u would pulk the door shut.
I bet if I even get a response its gonna be. Wait 2 – 3 weeks for the water bubbles to go away and if its still there or anything is wrong bring it back and we’ll make it RIGHT. well, thats all fine and dandy, but im not bringing my car back there ever. Cant get it right in 3 tries I’m bringing my business elsewhere. Also, I dont appreciate the owners spouse contacting me and saying i posted a bogus review.

Poor skill level, waste of my time and money, bring your car here so they can practice several times before getting it wrong again. Did I mention poor skill level… oh yeah one good thing about this business is… wait for it… 5 out of 10 for customer service. And thats just because they will always TRY and make it right but ALWAYS fail. I also don’t appreciate being talk down to by the owner. I guess thats it. In not bringing my car back.

These guys really are top notch. They do great quality work and use good quality products. I found them using groupon and was nervous about using a groupon for window tint but I would have no hesitation about recommending them to somebody else. Their groupon offering was a great deal with lifetime warranty tint and they offered very reasonable upgrades to their basic groupon offer for those who want a little more. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and left me incredibly satisfied with how my new car turned out. They sincerely take pride in their work and want you to be happy with the result. I strongly suggest giving them a chance! Thank you Sam and Jennifer!

Great service and my car looks excellent. Will be coming back with my SUV. Saved money with a deal.
