I’m not sure if this has a restaurant, but I tried the pulled pork sandwich from their food truck. It’s $ 7 for a decent sized sandwich. The pork is smokey and pretty good with bbq sauce minimally dispersed throughout the sandwich. I knocked down a star because I’m sure there’s better out there, but I was hungry and it was satisfying. The bun was soft and complimented the pork well. My friend had a small pork belly bun with added garnishes(didn’t really pay attention because like I said, I was hungry) which she said was ok; although for $ 4 it was a little small. However, the bun was under performing, as it tasted and looked like it had been frozen and just thawed out. Yuck. I can’t judge a truck based on one encounter, so I hope I can try the other selections next time. I love seeing the food truck industry blossom and boom. It’s a foodie’s dream come true.
