Using the best and most flavorful cuts of meat, 3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House serves mouthwatering barbecue to the DFW area. Owner and Pittmaster, Trace Arnold, is responsible for our inception. He has years of experience in the barbecue world, most recently traveling across the country serving his delicious Texas style barbecue to the masses as part of the History Channel’s show ‘Cross-Country Cookout.‘
We make everything in house, from our rubs and barbecue sauce to our homemade bread and biscuits, fresh squeezed lemonade, and all of our delicious sides. 3 Stacks serves meats by the half pound, in sandwiches, and in entrées, like our Brisket or Smoked Sausage Pizza. We smoke brisket, baby back ribs, pork for our pulled pork, turkey breast, sausages made in house, short ribs, and chicken. Complete your meal with one of our 36 beers on tap.
