McDonald’s

Wouldn’t recommend either McDonalds in the Mchenry area. Both I’ve gone to and watch the person making my sandwiches with NO GLOVES.

This is THE worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying A LOT. Where do I start? Almost nobody on the non-​managerial staff speaks english, which is a big thing for me, maybe not for you. One downfall of this is your order will almost always come through the window WRONG. They screwed up my order this one particular time, I called and they comped me a free meal, but when I went in to claim it they couldn’t find my name in their «book». It was a big book too, with a lot of names in it. In the end I drove away angry and they acted like I was trying to pull a scam for a double cheeseburger meal. Needless to say it was infuriating and embarassing. If you want your order messed up, hair in your food, and employess who can’t speak english then by all means come get your cheeseburgers here. If that’s not your cup of tea then you’re better off driving a few miles down the road to the McDonald’s on Bull Valley Rd. & Rte. 31. I would have given this one ZERO stars if I had the option.
