I really hated this BK Lounge a few years back and totally refused to go there for the longest time. Bad service, crabby manager etc… you get the idea. However, when I found out that the BK Lounge had a veggie burger I wanted to try it but was stuck at this location. I sucked it up and went back. Not bad… not bad… Something must have changed because everything went according to planned and… AND everyone was NICE!!! The veggie burger BTW… pretty darn good!

I really like burger king but this place is awful the food wasn’t too bad but all the younger kids behind the counter were idiots. I waited 20 minutes and they had to ask me my order 3 times it was a whopper jr. With cheese no tomato and a small fry. I don’t see how it’s that difficult.

Poor service. Period. I really dislike giving poor reviews but feel I must in hopes that improvements might be made. One would think that consistency between BK’s would happen but clearly some are better than others, and that usually comes down to management and staff. I’ve been here a number of times and it never really gets any better, but its the only BK around that I’ve found in this neck of the woods.

Very disappointing BK. They get the orders wrong about half the time, the other half the food is luke warm. Long waits at the drive up, so-so customer service. Definitely not the best of the BK chain. Better to hit the other one in McHenry which is far superior.
