J.A. Snyder Pacific West, Inc.

This is my second review for J. A. Snyder Pacific West, Inc. There was a residual issue that needed followup. Not only did Mendy call to see if I was still satisfied with their work, but when I apprised her of an issue that the inspector needed remedied before the final, she immediately emailed Jeff and assured me that this issue would be taken care of. True to the integrity I have seen with this company, Jeff called me and assured me they would send someone out immediately. They did just that. I believe the fellow’s name was Chris. He was one heck of a hard worker when they originally came out to do the pool demo. He was no different this time. He explained the problem well to me and then he fixed it. Five stars again, Jeff! Thank you so much!
