Sweat Equity Infrared Sauna Studio and Juice Bar is dedicated to providing our guests with all-​natural infrared heat therapy sessions and made to order juices and smoothies crafted from the freshest ingredients.

We provide individual sauna suites for our guests to relax and enjoy their sweat session privately in a relaxing spa like environment. Appointments are strongly recommended!

We offer a raw juice and smoothie bar featuring hand crafted healthy beverages made form fresh fruits and vegetables. We have cold pressed quarts of juice available by pre-​order, and you have the choice to order all organic quarts and cleanses.

We offer 3, 5, and 7 day juice cleanses which come with infrared sauna sessions for total detoxification and maximum results.

Hi there, my name is Cheryl and I am the owner of Sweat Equity Infrared Sauna Studio and Juice Bar. I’ve lived in Toledo for 21 years and spent 13 of them working in Public Health. I’ve been an avid juicer for years and I really believe that good nutrition is the basis for good health.

I fell in love with infrared saunas the first time I used one, and I think you will too! Please feel free to call me if you have any questions about the saunas, our juices, or our juice cleanse program… or better yet, stop in and try one of our saunas and/​or juices for yourself!

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel the need to write about this place. I spend a few months out of the year in Toledo and was very happy to find a juice and sauna place. I was very excited to try it. I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse. The first day I picked up no problem and the juice was decent. When I went to pick up day 2 and 3 they were in bell jars. If you have ever done a juice cleanse, you know carrying around juice in bell jars is quite difficult. Had to pour my juices into empty bottles to transport. The sauna. I have been to several infrared saunas. This particular model that they use has a large gap all around the door. This allows a lot of cool air to get through. The sauna does not feel as hot as the temperature indicates. Also, they only give you 30 minutes, that is nothing. I usually stay in for 60 minutes. 45 is reasonable but you just start to sweat at 30 minutes. I went today to do my 2nd sauna in my package of 6. The owner was there and was disgustingly rude from the moment I walked in. I added five minutes on to the timer because it took me longer than usual to go in the sauna coupled with the cool breeze preventing me to sweat right away. At the end of the 30 minutes she started banging loudly on the door. When I walked out, she accused me of stealing from her because I added time on the timer. There are several other places in the juice and sauna game so there is no need to give this place my business. I am completely disappointed with this place especially the awful customer service.

I discovered this place while visiting my parents in Toledo. Juice (real juice not a sugar bomb smoothie) has to be the hardest thing to find in Toledo.
I forced my mom to suit up and head out in the cold so I could get my tiny dose of LA in Toledo.
The owner was there, tending to clients and making juice. She was a pleasure to speak with, very knowledgable and had a better juice menu than I’ve seen at any juice bar in LA. The best part about the menu she’s created is that the juice is in order from the most green (3 salads in a glass haha) to the least green. It also filled you in on the benefits of each ingredient. Next time Im in town, I plan on trying out the infrared sauna as well.
I highly recommend it. I try to get one green juice in every day. If you’re thinking of an easy way to be a little more healthy, go find this place!
