Best cosmetic center in the region. Hair removal prices significantly lower than Ideal Image. Extremely clean facility and amazing staff. You won’t be disappointed. This place is awesome; so much nicer than the other places claiming to be Med-​spas these days.

I bought a certificate for a 60 minute facial (value $ 95) from Half off Toledo. I was very excited to try Luxe! My appointment was at 3:15. At 3:50 I was retrieved from the waiting area. The aesthetician explained that an appointment before me had run over because the client was late. Well as long as I got my 60 minute facial I was okay with the wait. I did not get my 60 minute facial. By 4:25 i was back up at the desk to check out. I understand that I may have purchased a discounted service, but I was expecting a 60 minute facial! Not 25 mins. I had made an appointment for dermaplaning for the following week. The more I thought about my initial experience the more upset I got. I cancelled the appointment and have no plans to come back. My «Half off Toledo» money clearly wasn’t good enough.

I had a service that wasn’t combined with another service I had scheduled. Therefore, it wasn’t discounted as the website stated. When I questioned it the Office Manager was rather abrupt. He acted as though I shouldn’t have even have requested a discount. It was $ 20 which hey, money is money. He acted as though I was cheap for requesting the discount. I canceled my up coming procedure soley because of his attitude. It’s a shame because I enjoyed the woman who did my procedure. I was looking forward to having othere things done.

I had 7 sessions of laser hair removal on my underarms and I am very pleased with the results. All of the coarse hair is gone, leaving only random fine hairs, which is normal. My only complaint about Luxe Laser is they do not have a set price list on their laser hair removal services and every time I asked about getting other areas treated, I was quoted a different price.

Luxe Laser Center has a very detailed website with pricing for all their services and the cost for a half leg wax and underarm wax seemed reasonable so I stopped in for the first time. The building is large with an open feel and everything looked fresh and new with a relaxing color palette. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and gave me a bad first impression.
My aesthetician was Tracy and I really liked her. She had such a warm and friendly personality and was very easy to talk to. The waxing room was spacious and the bed I laid on was heated. For the first time ever, the waxing did not hurt! Tracy said she preferred to use hard wax on the delicate underarm skin because it is gentler and she was right– I barely felt any pain. She used regular wax on my legs, but still– it wasn’t half as painful as at other salons.
Another plus is that the half leg wax included the knee. Most places don’t do this. I was very impressed with the job she did and will definitely be back to see her.
