Liz Nails

Do yourself a favor and go to a different nail salon. I am only giving the star for getting me in quickly. Other than that, horrible. She charged me $ 35 for a gel manicure that has already chipped after 2 days. The edges are thicker than the rest of the nail from too much clear coat, too. Also, no lotion, no cuticle oil, no hand massage. And it was STILL a similar price to a high end salon and spa. Ridiculous! The whole salon seemed run down: empty takeout containers in the back, acrylic nails on the floor. The lady wasn’t even wearing shoes during my nail service and was on her phone the entire time I was there. Her conversation was unprofessional; I didn’t come to hear about your personal drama, I came for a manicure. I really wish I would have just left and saved myself the money, but I thought I was desperate for a manicure. Never again!

Worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. The lady was so rude as soon as I walked in barely acknowledged me, I don’t think she said more than 2 words to me besides «what color?» She was on the phone the entire time and was rushing. All my «pedicure» was was my feet in warm water, her taking my nail polish off, minimal filing, then new paint — which is all over my skin! JUST HORRIBLE. Worst $ 22 I ever spent! I was so sad when I had to pay for that sad excuse for a pedicure. Oh and nothing to dry your nails with! You just have to sit there and listen to her phone call in another language until you think your nails might be dry. Just don’t come here.

I’m sad to say that after coming here for 15 years, I will no longer return. Upon entering we were greeted with, «What do you want?» As we had our pedicures done, she spoke on the phone the entire time and rushed through the process of cleaning the nails, pushing back the cuticle, and checking to see if the nails were straight. When she finished, I saw that my actual toes were painted on. Luckily for her, she did a better job on my mom so I didn’t say anything. When we were completely finished, she sat with her back to us at the front of the shop. The rude demeanor and shoddy work have resulted in us never returning.

A year later and still get personal service and great nails! Susan pays attention to detail and is great at what she does!

They are rude and unfriendly. No hello no thank you.
The lady did my pedicure. Talked with another technician very loudly in their language all the time. She kicked my shoes accidentally, but she did not bring them back… She acted like she did not want to work. Totally unprofessional.
Also the salon looked not clean.
I will never visit there again.

Came here on a sort of whim because I needed to get my nails done for the evening. Came on a Friday around noon and there was no other customers. There was a guy there which kind of «put me off» but he greeted me asking what I wanted done. Upon sitting and choosing my nail color a woman came out from the back. She ended up taking over and was pleasantly nice and talkative. particularly about the news (there was a large TV in the back area and it was on the news channel).
I appreciate that she was suggestive in a none sales pressure way after I asked if I could get gel nails done instead after noticing the gel set up. Then she asked if I wanted my eye brows done. Figured what the heck, I was getting a gel Mani and pedi might as well. It all cost a pretty penny to get the mani –pedi and gel polish done but she was a nice lady and catered to me. Not sure if it was because I was the only one in there?
I do want to say that the gel Mani did not last a week :(Each nail gel cracked little by little after the 5^th day.
Would I go back? Yes, for a Mani-​pedi with regular polish though.

Love this place! I have been getting my nails done by Susan for years and the few times I’ve gone elsewhere I was disappointed. I always leave Liz Nails with fabulous nails and get tons of compliments from friends on my nail designs.

Not impressed. Came in for an eyebrow wax, sat in a POS chair and had to lean back uncomfortably, wax lasted 2minutes and had to ask her to clean it up (tweez, cut, etc). It was way too rushed and felt half-a**ed. Asked for ones in change so I could tip and after I left realized it was all wrong and they never took any out for the wax. Clearly they aren’t personable and don’t know how to run a business.

I love this salon! They do really good work and are so nice every time I visit!
