Laura At Blades

Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend it. I went and showed Laura a picture of exactly what I wanted. And of course I know everyone’s hair is different so I didnt expect it to look exactly like the picture. I left and my hair was orange, I wanted blonde. The cut was horrible. Not even close to what I showed her. And it’s too short to get it redone so just have to wait until it grows out.
This was after waiting outside in the rain for 30 minutes for her to show up and open the salon.
So then she called me to say she could tell I was unhappy and she would fix it, and this made me feel ok about her, maybe it was a mistake, those happen. Well I show up for my appointment today to get my hair fixed. The place was closed. I call her and she forgot about the appointment. So unprofessional. She said she would leave now to be there to fix it. At that point I would rather pay someone who will do a good job to fix my hair.
Save yourself some time and do not see Laura at Blades salon.
