We specialize in repairs for cell phones, tablets, game consoles, laptops, computers, and other electronic devices.

We offer a quick turn around and we keep parts for the some of the most common devices. We were the first in the area to offer our services and don’t charge a diagnostic fee.

We also have a huge selection of prepaid plans. We are an authorized dealer for Boost, Simple Mobile, H2O Wireless, Pageplus, Net 10, Red Pocket and SouthernLINC.

We offer a wide variety of new, pre-​owned and refurbished cell phones, high-​end protective accessories, as well as unlocking, jailbreaking, flashing, password resetting, data recovery and other software related services.

History

Established in 2008.

A Cellular Edge started off with just 2 friends that had a dream of starting up a local business. They were originally a T-​Mobile and SouthernLINC authorized dealer. Over the years, A Cellular Edge transformed into a one stop shop for practically all of your cellular needs.

Currently they offer over 7 different cellular providers, hardware and software repairs for cell phones, tablets, laptops and game consoles. A Cellular Edge is continually growing and setting the bar high for the competition.

I’m a military brat and have moved all over with the last stop being Fort Walton Beach, FL. I’ve never left since! I consider myself a local now. I’ve lived here since 1990. Went to FWBHS, but graduated from Choctawhatchee. I married my high school sweetheart and have two beautiful little girls. I hope to one day pass this business on to my daughters who just love hanging out at work with me!

I have gone to this store three times for different issues. Unlocking a phone, new carrier for my phone and settings I wasn’t getting right. The BEST ever customer service I’ve received was there. They are all extremely knowledgeable in the cellular arena and have great personalities. My exclusive store for anything cellular is A Cellular Edge. Thank you guys!

I have been calling since they opened only to have been transferred to a machine 2 times and hung up on… your customer service is horrible and will take my money elsewhere! All I needed was a simple quote on a broken ipad screen.

I dropped of my iPhone to be unlocked and it took them 4 days
go somewhere else if you can it should have never took this long

OK, I went in this store to have two iPhones unlocked and our telephone numbers transferred from an AT&T smartphone account to a «simple cell» account. Old account was costing us just under $ 200 per month with caps on everything, new account with simple cell costs $ 80 including taxes for both phones including unlimited everything including data. (if you use a super super high data amount, they throttle or slow down data rate like almost everyone else does) the coverage with simple cell is not quite as widespread but I’d say 95 percent as good as AT&T which is fine for us. As far as service by cellular edge, it was the most painful, frustrating, inconvenient time I’ve ever spent in any business in my life! I dropped my phone off, I was told by owner jayson it would be done in one day and they would email me. They never called me, I finally went in third day and had to stand in the store for three hours to ensure they got it done. They apologized profusely. A week later I take the wife’s phone in and they say ready in one day, they call next day and say its done. My wife shows up to pick it up and it’s clearly not done and they tell us they will call when it’s done. They don’t call for three days, I finally stop by store and again have to hang out for two hours to ensure it gets done!!! They are very very disorganized, unprofessional, and I would suggest you go anywhere else in town for service, anywhere. They seem to have great abilities to fix/​service phones but if they are not organized it wastes customers time, patience, and money.
