Solgard Industries, Inc. DBA ServiceMASTER A-​1 Cleaning Service is a locally owned and operated franchise of ServiceMASTER Clean. Norm Solgard, President of Solgard Industries, purchased this company on May 1, 2001. With thirty-​two years of experience in the janitorial field with both International and National companies as Regional Vice President, he decided to embark on his own venture. Having managed eight branches in three states with annual revenue of over ten million dollars, Norm brings the knowledge and experience needed to run a professional janitorial company in the Fort Walton Beach area. Prior to his janitorial work he had a background in Accounting and Property Management. As a Building Manager in St. Louis he was the customer of a large janitorial contractor and knows what it is like on the other side of the desk.
