Will came highly recommended from Western Tile in Concord. We are so happy we went with him for our kitchen/​bathroom tile needs. My fiancé and I were 1st time home renovators and very nervous about every decision. Will made a great impression on us from the start. He was trust-​worthy, did exactly what he said he would and answered ALL my questions before he left each day. Will and his team did a fabulous job and even helped us out with additional home reno tips and some of our blunders (I broke a tile he had just laid!). Will really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him and his business.

I can’t speak to Will Zak’s capabilities as he and his partners came highly recommended. However the quality of their operation and follow through is disorganized at best.
I called and left a message on a Thursday, received a call back from his scheduler on Friday evening who said I would get a call next week for a pop-​in estimate (as explained there is always someone home and I’m completely flexible to their schedule). Tick-​tock and a week later, no call, no message, nothing.
I’ve gone with a different tile team for my kitchen project.
