Right Away Concrete Pumping

I’ve been building for 15 years and have never had such poor service when backing the 3^rd truck up the driveway the driver got nervous and reversed the drum, dumping approximately 4 – 6 yards of concrete on the blacktop driveway making such a mess that I had to turn two full trucks away so I could clean it up. When the manager finally got ahold of me, a week later, he said that they are not responsible and he has been driving trucks for 30 years. I would never use this company again. They are hands down the worst customer service, management and quality of product I have ever seen. Ps if you plan to use them in the future make sure to purchase a few jackhammers because you will be dealing with morons.

Poor quality concrete mix. Do not use their concrete unless you like dealing with rude people and having to tear out the new work you just completed. Poor accountability and very difficult to deal with.
