We were extremely pleased with Planet Stone and highly recommend them. We would definitely contact them again if we decided to add any more granite. Diana was wonderful to work with — she communicated with us, kept us updated and when there was a slight misunderstanding as to what time her fabricators would be arriving at our home, she was very apologetic. Because of unforeseen problems with our cabinet maker, Diana actually stored our granite for 5 months at no charge and with no complaint. As soon as we were ready for installation, she was ready, getting us on the schedule as quickly as possible. The work her team did was perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the final look.

Diana is amazing to work with, she works really hard and does the best she can always. People like Erin M. really don’t understand that they can’t always get something for nothing yesterday. Diana is an incredible business person and is bending over backwards for everyone at all times. For that reason they are very busy and have lots of 5 star reviews! Including mine! Great company!

Great work, on time by really nice people who know their trade! I used Planet Stone to install a new counter top in my rental property. I am very happy with the job. There were many types of counter top materials on display in their showroom-​granite and man made. They came out the next day to measure. I got an estimate the following day. after checking to make sure the material I selected was in stock they completed the job in a week. They were courteous, neat, thorough and reasonably priced so I will use Planet Stone again and recommend them.

Stopped by twice in one day and nobody could help me with an estimate. Diana wasn’t in the office even though we arrived during their stated hours of 6am-2:30pm. She said she was having a very bad day when I finally reached her on the phone, but could not even tell me when she would be able to help me. She actually told me to use another fabricator! I promise I will and will never use her! The excuses she gave all just pointed to poor management! Save yourself the headache and head down the street to Straight Line Imports!

Planet Stone in Martinez has been extremely difficult and unreliable. No show for template for bathroom sink countertop then showed up next day unannounced. Two weeks later, no date for installation, holding up entire remodeling project. Refusing to give schedule date claiming cancelled previous appointment, which never had. Am considering contacting Better Business Bureau. Don’t do business with them.

My husband and I had a GREAT experience with Lenny (owner) and his team. Diana was so helpful in getting us a quote and connecting us Lenny to get our job done. We had granite counter tops put in and they look amazing. Lenny’s fabricator did a great job as well. We had an upper bar above our countertops and the fabricator was able to do it in one solid piece which made it look very classy with out a large seam in it. We would highly recommend him and his team.

We had Planet Stone redo our our kitchen and 3 bathrooms with granite countertops. Diane Gomez and their whole team did a great job for us. Their prices were very reasonable. The work was top quality plus everyone was professional and friendly. Our house looks like a million buck with the new granite.
