Elite Lock & Key Locksmith Martinez

This is the worst locksmith company ever!!! My family and I just moved into our new home we waited 3 months to move into due to renovations. I needed a simple bracket installed for my door to lock into. When the tech finally called me at 9 in the evening, he came by and quoted me $ 140.00 just to drill a wider opening and screw in the brackets. I was desperate as I wanted to be able to securely lock my front door. He began literally hacking at the wood with some tool for 10 minutes or so and screwed the bracket in. It was dark and the lighting was not great so I did not notice until the morning that when I opened my door, he tore my brand new insulation band around my brand new door, which was near where he was chopping and he installed the bracket by shoving it in the new hacked up hole with the screws. As of today it has been 3 days, I called Ellite Lock and Key Locksmith several times to only get the run-​around that a tech would fix the damage. They finally have the original tech that did the damage call me back when I specifically asked them not to send him, I don’t want him anywhere near my door. When I requested my money back so that I can hire a new locksmith to access and fix the damage, I get the run around, such as we will have the «tech manager» call you back… so far nothing, I am the one calling daily. This company guarantees 100% satisfaction and I got nothing of the sort. I wish I could post the pictures of the work their tech did, it is awful! This is so upsetting and I highly recommend no one use them.
