Brad is an excellent agent. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions which Brad was happy to answer. He made sure that I understood each step of the process and that I felt comfortable with my decisions. We looked at a lot of houses (I was a bit indecisive) and Brad was patient the whole time. He asked great questions while touring to find out what I liked and didn’t like about each house, then tailoring my search to better fit my needs/​wants.
It was unfortunate that I backed out of the contract due to the house being an illegal duplex, but Brad ensured it was a smooth and seamless experience.
I will be looking for houses again soon and am excited to work with Brad again! He knows the business and the area extremely well.
