Anytime Shuttle

I have been using Anytime Shuttle for a couple of years now. I have used them both for personal travel and business trips. The drivers are very friendly and the cars are clean. It’s very nice to get off the plane and have your car waiting for you. I also like that now they offer limo services — the rates are not that much higher and the cars are really nice. A lot of my coworkers and friends are now using them as well and they are satisfied with their services.

BOOKING (only) PROCESS REVIEW:
So far so good! Making a reservation was BY FAR the easiest process ever!!! I tried booking 2 other shuttle services and their websites were confusing as hell, didn’t work right (kept giving me error messages) and/​or sketchy-​like they may or may not show up-​which made me feel really uneasy… plus after « Unilocaling» them and seeing their reviews… no way was I booking with either one or them. Anytime had cool reviews so I gave (am giving) them a try! So far so good! Booking was a breeze! Website easy to navigate… no performance issues… Hoping the actual service will be just as great! I will update as soon as I complete my trip! Oh yeah– why am I’m only giving them 4 out of 5 stars? Well it’s because of the extra $ 40 «Holiday» fee, that I’m being charged, which I don’t think is fair.(I’d rather be tipping my driver that amount) I’m traveling the day after Thanksgiving which is really NOT an actual holiday (although most people have that day off) so I’m kinda «miffed!» But if their service is good… I guess/​am hoping it’ll be well worth it!

Excellent service to & from the airport! My driver arrived 25 minutes (5:00am pick up) early & loaded all of my family’s luggage (8 bags total) with ease into the cleanest (Toyota Siena) van that I’ve ever been in! No traffic-​so getting to the airport was a breeze! We got dropped off… and we were on our way!
Coming back… no problem! Our flight was 30 minutes late & when I called to let them know-​the really nice dispatcher stated that that was no problem & to call I’ve we got our luggage-​which I did… and with in 10 minute we were all loaded into another spotless van and heading home!!! What a great ending to a fantastic vacation! I will be using Anytime again and will sing their praises to all of my traveling friends!

Great service by Anytime shuttle. We scheduled Anytime Shuttle to take us to SFO and bring us back upon our return. Scheduling pickup and drop off online (using Reservation on their website) was super easy. We also received alerts via email 1 day in advance to let us know everything was on schedule. I found that very assuring and kept my mind at ease knowing that we were taken care of. Both times, the drivers showed up right on schedule (Demita and David Carlisle). Also received text message as we got off our flight to let us know shuttle was ready for pickup. Smooth transaction and we’ll definitely be using Anytime Shuttle again for any future needs.

I have used AnyTime on 2 separate occasions and am extremely impressed to say the least. Both trips have been during long heavy traffic commute times. Ride is comfortable, clean and relaxing. Staff is friendly, always has offered water, opens doors and loads luggage. But even more importantly that have been on time or early on all scheduled trips. Prices are also extremely reasonably, especially considering my commutes are from Pittsburg. Since cost is so reasonably I prefer using them instead of parking car at airport and worrying about car security while away. The online booking system is easy and quick to use also. So making reservations takes minutes. They are a 5 star service all the way. I will not just be using AnyTime for business anymore, but even for personal travel trips also.

I went to Sparks NV to visit my friend. He recommended Anytime Shuttle so I gave them a call. They were 15 minutes early and got me to the SFO Airport on time. When I came back, they were waiting for me. The car was clean and the driver was very nice and easy to talk to. Great Job Guys!

I needed a shuttle to the San Francisco Airport because I was going on a 2 week vacation to New York and I didn’t want to leave my car in the long term parking lot. I looked online and found Anytime Shuttle. They picked me up on time, I made my flight — no problems. I also booked my pickup ahead of time and they were there waiting for me upon arrival. I recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with Anytime Shuttle. My mom was coming in at 1:00 in the morning and last minute needed a ride home. I ordered a shuttle so that it would be convenient for myself and for her to be able to get home safely. I called ahead the previous afternoon and told the woman on the phone specifically that I did not want her to have to worry about the payment. I hung up with her with the notion that my card was ran, and my mom was in good hands. So I went to bed expecting a good night sleep and a text from my mom that she was home safely.
That is not what happened.
Instead, my eyes popped open at 2:30 in the morning with A gut-​feeling that something was wrong. So I called my mom and she had just gotten home but the driver could not run my card and so she had to pay out of her pocket money for the shuttle.
I called the following day to ask what happened. This other lady tells me that they cannot run the card until they have brought the client home. Which is fine but my card did not work because my bank thought they were a fraudulent charge and they restricted my account. It gets better: The driver tried to run my card three times and did not have the courtesy to call me when I specifically gave the woman at the desk my phone number if they were ANY problems with payment. I asked why no one called me and she gave me the run around and then I asked for the manager and she said that she would have a manager call me; it has been a week and a half and I have not received a phone call. If they call me they better give me a good explanation. I ordered the shuttle so that things would go smoothly for my mom and this company completely failed me. I will never use them again. In addition, my friend, who paid for the shuttle when my mom went to the airport the first time, her card was also compromised. So I would think long and hard before you use this company because your payments are not secure and they are not reliable. The other clients that gave low stars on Unilocal will also agree with me. If you choose to use them, and you run into a problem, be prepared for low-​quality customer service.

Prior to this last interaction, I had experienced a 5 star support. This one really made me think if I will approach them again.
My international flight landed at 12:20 and reached the gate probably 10 minutes after. My reservation was scheduled for 1:30. At 1:40, I call their number and let them know that I’m still waiting on 1 last bag to be delivered after which I’ll be walking out, please expect another 10 minutes delay (max). The response was that they give me an hour for International flights before they start charging me $ 1 per minute and in the end I was charged an extra $ 10.
Interestingly, if you look through their reservation email, this is what it says
f reservation is canceled twenty-​four (24) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled departure time of flight), on the date of service or if flight arrives and there is no contact within one (1) hour of flights arrival at gate for domestic flights, or 1 ½ hours of flights arrival at gate for international flights, there is a full charge for the service. This will be charged to the credit card given at time of reservation.
No mention of the extra charge and clearly states 1 ½ hour for International flights. Its not a matter of $ 10, its a matter of how them knowing that their customers have had a long international flight with kids and make their experience getting home the most comfortable.

I’d give them a minus 5 if that was possible. Returning from NYC with my family after BART stopped running around midnight. They were good at getting my cc card info, but when we arrived the operator said the driver was out reach… waited 20 minutes and had to take a cab. Driver finally called 30 minutes later and yelled at me for not waiting what would have been 50 minutes with my kids already falling asleep at curbside. No apology and had to twist their arm for a refund… AWFUL!

Ok so I gave then 2 stars but I need to explain. Prior to my last booking they’d get a 4.
The good. Based on 20+ rentals over 2 years. On time minus 2 pick ups from home. Friendly drivers, new clean cars.
Why the sour review? On my last online reservation, I was on autopilot and when I entered in the tip I put in $ 5. Now I normally tip 15% but for some reason I was distracted and didn’t do that this time. Five minutes later I get a call from them questioning my tip and how I could tip so little. Mind you this was on the online reservation screen, and they don’t actually run your card or confirm tip till the drive is over. Also if you book over the phone they don’t mark down a tip either. I was annoyed. I asked what would they do if I left the tip blank. No response. In fact the caller said they could not get a driver for my low tip. Granted again I told her I made a mistake, but I was also mad because someone questioned my amount and called me about it and again basically said they could not get a driver for this amount. Keep in mind this is not über or lyft it’s a set price to the airport. Since when should a company do that? When a tip is for service rendered and I had not even been picked up. Forget the fact I made a mistake.
Needless to say I cancelled my reservation and have not used them since. There are plenty of other services that can get me to the airport and let me tip my 15−20% like normal.

For direct airport shuttle service, it is a great price especially when compared with other ride sharing services. I have now used them twice when I have needed to catch an early flight. The first time was to SJC and the other time to SFO. Both times it was the same courteous and professional driver who drove me safely but efficiently to the airport after having arrived about 5 mins early to my house. Dispatcher was also friendly and professional.

Very pleased with their service. Flew out of SFO on December 10^th, 2014, during the worst rain and flooding in a decade. They arrived early, we made it to our second pickup stop seamlessly and they had the carseat I’d requested for my granddaughter. We made it safely to the airport and ontime. The van was comfortable enough and the driver courteous. He let us choose music we thought my granddaughter would like.
Upon our return the following week, we called and met them within minutes of claiming our bags.
I love that they are a private shuttle and I feel the price is reasonable and saves me the hassle of driving and parking. I am getting ready to book them for our next trip!

Absolutely loved working with Anytime Shuttle! The driver arrived a few minutes early to pick us up and was waiting for us upon arrival when we returned home.
The best part? Our driver wasn’t a reckless one! I’ve had experience with other airport shuttle services and their drivers were just reckless! Talking on the phone, driving like a madman, cursing! What an unpleasant way to start a vacation or any trip for that matter.
Our driver was polite, courteous, and an amazing driver. I never once felt like I was in danger for my life! lol. We will definitely continue to use Anytime Shuttle in the future when needed.

We continue to have great service from Anytime Shuttle. David, a new driver to us, had us laughing all the way from SFO to Dublin. Great! Great! Great!

Normally I always have someone to take me to and from airports so I was a little nervous booking a shuttle online. Not only was Al 5 minutes early, he was incredibly polite and personable as well! He was chatty, but not too much and overall very nice. The van was clean and cozy, and it was very nice to have the whole shuttle to myself, without additional stops. I got to the airport on time and everything went incredibly smoothly.
I had to deduct a star because my experience coming back from the airport was a little different. David called and left a message stating where to pick me up, but in my travel daze I misunderstood that as him already being there — when I called him again confused as to why he was not there, I got a bit of tude! He was not very friendly, but it seemed like we got off on the wrong foot. So no chattiness on the way home like Al — fine with me! I was pooped. And anytime there was conversation — there was a little snarkiness. I just didn’t appreciate it.
In short, I will definitely use their service again, I will just make sure to ask for Al. :)

Reasonable price, dedicated minivan all to myself, and right on time (even with my flight being early).
I was a little concerned that I would be waiting for my ride when I landed 30 mins early, but when I gave them a call, the shuttle was already waiting.
It’s a little unclear from the reminder/​confirmation email if they will call you after you land or if you should call them (I called them since I wasn’t sure). Not a big issue though and was made up by not keeping me waiting.

Sorry I had to deduct a star! I was looking forward to using their service again but was informed that they’re fully booked this week. What a bummer!

On my way to OAK. It is very nice to be the only passenger. I took a picture of the van and posted it here. Nice and new. Best part it is very clean. No unimaginable stains on the seats ;).

If you are looking for an airport service than start here. have to say they are a great deal and a nice alternative to the standard sedan. All vans are clean and new. Been in biz a year and very polite. I would recommend them over standard airport shuttle or car. Travel is no fun anymore so why not start off with a safe an comfortable ride.

After getting tired of riding with all the nuts on Bart to the SFO airport I called Anytime Shuttle ! I’ve used them 3 times so far and LOVE THEM ! Always ON time or early for pickup and always there when you get off the plane !!!
Hands down the best transportation company out there ! I was using another one out of Concord and let me tell you hands down if you need reliable Transportation with Friendly drivers Anytime Shuttle is the way to go !!!
