Comfort Service Inc. was started in 1972 by Thomas Lingoni and purchased in December of 2000 by Ralph J. Prestenbach. It has been DBA Aire Serv of Jefferson Parish since 2009 after the franchise was purchased.

I started working in the HVAC business in 1976. Opened my first company with a partner in 1986. Left the partnership after 16 years to purchase Comfort Service Inc. Purchased an Aire Serv franchise in 2009. Aire Serv has almost 200 locations and has 3 sister franchises that were featured on the hit TV show «Under Cover Boss». the rest is history.
