Horrible customer service. I asked for help in the office chair dept a lady said she would send someone over. Sat there for 20 mins after I had already decided what I wanted, finally I managed to find the boxed chair on the sales floor and dragged it to the register. No one offered any assistance or apologized about the wait. Had fun trying to lift it into my car. Thanks Staples!
