I have been a customer of EmbroidMe for a few years. I go in on the fly to have something done. Usually my requests are custom work. I have always been very happy with the results but never stop to take the time to write a review. Recently I had a huge challenge for Jeff at EmbroidMe. Together we worked on a design that would satisfy my need. Jeff new what I wanted as an end result. I had limited funds. In his passion for his work he designed and developed the best shirt that I could have EVER wanted. I was THRILLED to say the least and most appreciative. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND EMBROIDME CHERRY HILL. This location is the only location I have used. Jeff was professional, patient and most understanding. I was not just happy I was ELATED! Met my budget. Met my time-​frame. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you

I called to see if they could embroider a hat for me. Jeff said that they could, but that it wouldn’t be ready for when I needed it, because of what is involved with converting the machines for hats, as opposed to other items, they only do hats once a month. He told me where to go to get it done (lids) and they were able to help me. I am very appreciative, I never would have thought of Lids, in a million years. Next time I need a non-​hat item– I’m going straight to Jeff.

I had an «emergency» … and needed a small job done quickly.
I know that businesses like this focus on numerous items being embroidered to make it profitable for them. I had a unique one of a kind that needed to be embroided. Jeff, the owner, treated me the same as he would a customer bringing in hundreds of items.
He did the job professionally, the work was pure quality and the turn around time was amazing.
I am sure he has MUCH larger customers … but took the time to help me with this unique situation.
Thanks, Jeff … I will not only bring all of my embroidery needs to you … I will tell everyone I know … EmbroidMe of Cherry Hill … is the ONLY place to go for all of your embroidery needs … big or small.

HOW RUDE!!!
I walked in here today in hopes of having monograms embroidered on some spa wraps for my sister’s wedding and was treated VERY poorly.
The man (I believe the he was the owner) looked at me when I walked in and scowled at me. When I asked him about embroidery, he said «When do you need it?» I said five days, and he shot back «There is NO WAY I could get that done for you in five days, you expect me to stop everything in the middle of a set-​up for your two items? Frankly, I would be losing money if I were to do that.»
I then politely asked if he knew of anyone else to which he replied «No I don’t, and I doubt they’d do it for you even if I did.»
At this point, I just walked out… he may be busy NOW, but with customer service like that, he won’t be busy for long!
