Firestone Tire & Service Centers

I would highly recommend this Firestone location. I have been there more than once. These guys are all about customer service. They take you on time, expedite the repair and give you an honest run-​down of the issue/​s. On top of that, they go above and beyond to help you out and get the job done, whatever it takes. I can’t say enough about this shop, the mechanics, and the manager/​s. Awesome service across the board on every single level. Thank you so much.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars! Terrible. don’t go there! I drove my car in there and it didn’t last 2 days without stalling out when I got it home. And don’t bother calling the store because they just give you the run around.
When I finally did get to talk to the guy who actually took my engine apart, he blamed the last place I received an oil change. (It ran when I left there and didn’t when I left firestone).
All in all, they killed my car and won’t do anything about it.

It doesn’t take long to figure out if you are at a reputable garage or one that is not. You are safe here, as it is professionally run with straight forward pricing. It’s my goto garage in the Cherry Hill area.

I have been coming to this Firestone for years and every time I go there I am pleasantly surprised at their great customer service, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. Just has a situation today — they took me right away, ordered the tire I needed, the tire came from the vendor early (within 3 hours) and ready to go in minutes after that. Great work!

Needed to get my new front tires replaced on my Mini Cooper — they were dangerously bald and had been for quite some time until I could afford new ones. «These are the worst I’ve ever seen, I’m serious,» says the man at the counter, pointing out what I’d already been told by my boyfriend, parents, uncles, grandparents, a dude at the gas station…
Luckily, Firestone was able to order the special tires and mount them in just a few hours. Employees here were helpful and friendly, and I was comfortable hanging out in the lobby while they worked.
Only three stars, for now, for two reasons. They tried to give me an new alignment, but the tech working that day couldn’t figure it out on my vehicle after two hours. I was offered a free oil change for the hassle. Also, the new tires were placed on the back of the vehicle and the old back tires were placed on the front — fine for most cars, but my Mini is front-​wheel drive and therefore the new tires should have been on the front.
