Lenihan Auto And Tire Center

Wow. I can’t believe no one’s reviewed this Goodyear location. If you’re reading this… DON’T LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! I made an appointment only to receive a call back, telling me that a mistake had been made and I’d have to postpone my appointment another three days. So I changed my appointment and was told that they have late night drop-​off service. THEY DON’T.
So I dropped my car off when they opened at 7:30am, only to wait about 15 minutes to be taken care of (apparently there was a new employee who was unaware of how to perform his job) I received a call a couple hours later, informing me of the issues with my car. I agreed to the recommended work and waited to receive their call to let me know my car was finished. The entire day went by. I called to check on the status of my repair at 6pm, only to find out that service had closed at 5:30!!! There was no one available to tell me if my car had been fixed, was ready for pick-​up in the morning… nothing. Where’s my car now???
UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this Goodyear location that’s within the Lenihan Auto Dealership on Rt. 73 (across from Sagemore) I’m really hoping they are better mechanics than they are service people.
