History
Established in 2012.
The Venice Canal’s Neighborhood Vietnamese French Restaurant Bar, serving estate «Terroir» driven wine and Microbrewery beers paired with contemporary French Vietnamese seasonal small bites and platters in a modern chic yet convivial and opened atmosphere.
Our seasonal menu employs contradiction and balance between hot and cold, at the care of the five basic senses. We cull from a rich heritage of French and Vietnamese cuisine to bring you a healthy blend of dishes designed to encourage the experience of sharing and socializing.
The enterprenuers are Hiep (owner of China Beach Bistro, a local Vietnamese restaurant) and Mark (owner of Hinano Café). Le Cellier is their union to what is to be a new local favorite hangout for great food and fine wine.
The Maitre’D and and Chef by training, Bernard, is a wine connoisseur. He would love to know about any unique wines or beers; and to provide you with detailed information on what we are servicing.
