FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

My boyfriend went to this location around 3 pm on Feb 10 to print out and make a copy of his email stuff from Internet, which is only two page email, you know what happened? He met the laziest and unhelpful working staff at this location, first of all, the internet went off, my BF requested a lady to print out the email but she soon went away and nobody took care of him. This horrible waiting process took my BF OVER 45 minutes to print out two pages finally., BTW he was charged 12 $ for two page paper out of his FedEx card. There was no sign how to pay, then my BF waited another 15 minutes at the front line to pay two pens, then he was told that he was in the wrong line to pay. My boyfriend was so upset and he left right away without any pens. There was extra 8 $ left in the FedEx card left on the counter, this is the most horrible experience and what a waste of time !

I came in here to do a rush copy job. The staff was so helpful and attentive. They got the job done quickly and went out of their way to make sure that I got everything that I needed.

DO NOT TRY TO SHIP SELF PACKAGED BOXES HERE. THEY’RE RUNNING A RACKET.
This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I try to not give bad reviews as I generally feel I don’t know what’s going on with anyone. But this is a general operations failure. I have a business in which I ship a number of things. I generally use USPS, who despite their mainly flaws, never gives me much of a hassle and for the price/​delivery time can’t be beat. However, occasionally a customer will specifically ask for something to be mailed FedEx at which point, I unfortunately go here as it’s across the street from my apartment. And EVERY TIME, this being the third, they have a problem with something in which they require the box to be replaced or repacked (always quoting a cost nearing an astronomically $ 20 for a box/​packaging). Today was no different. I was «helped» by Angel who took 10 minutes to acknowledge me despite the absence of any other shipping customers. The first question he asked me was if it was fragile to which I replied, «no». He then shook it and said that it «moves». I told him it’s ok there’s very little space (maybe half an inch tops) and that it’s a box inside the outside box, which is quite secure, but he insisted that he can’t ship it without an expensive repack as it’s their policy. I go up the street (pretty much straight out there door) to a FedEx center on Del Rey who had zero problems with anything… completely unchanged and shipped it no problem.

I waited in line for 15 min at this fedex office location. When I am helped he tells me they don’t ship commercial boxes and I have to come to this location. I wait in line at this location and she tells me she can’t do labels at this location they just sent me to. She told me o walk down the street with my giant box to have them print the label. Then come back to this location and I can ship it. For the price you pay you’d think it would be a little easier. The post office has got it figured out better than fedex. This is so backwards, the staff was rude when I asked for clarification. I’m never using fedex again.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. After a long and horrible trip there it was an incredibly exhaustive and ring around adventure that cost me 1.5 hours of my time and I was humiliated by poor management. The manager it appears did not even give me her real name. Luckily fed ex corporate is FANTASTIC and apologized to me for the horrible experience. I didn’t ask for my money back because I don’t care. But nobody should have to be humiliated while simply trying to utilize a store who’s singular purpose is to provide expedited and convenient business needs. Very unfortunate. Save yourself the potential humiliation in front of coworkers and strangers alike. Perhaps it will be resolved but for the next couple weeks I would steer clear of them.

Where do I start?!
Machine one was jammed had to use another one in the middle of my print job (sony). Then the second machine was fine till I told the guy it has an error code he said it’s out of paper. I sad OK?!? He asked u can use another machine? Um no sorry I’m already printing on this one. Sorry you have to work but do your job don’t act like an ass and be lazy!!!

DO NOT SHIP YOUR OWN BOXES FROM THIS LOCATION!
Unless you are using FedEx packaging, they will ALWAYS tell you that your packaging is not fine, and will try to upsell you to buy their own packaging.
EVERY time I bring a box here to be shipped they tell me there’s something wrong with my box but they will gladly sell me a box and padding supplies.
I take my box ½ block up the street to the station on Del Ray Ave (which is a true FedEx station, not a copy center), and they accept it without any problems.
This location is all about upselling you on supplies that you do not need. Totally slimy! Not worth going here even though they have better hours than the one on Del Ray (they are open ²⁴⁄₇).

If I could give zero stars I would. FedEx left a door tag for me to sign so they could leave the package but they didn’t see the signed door tag because the delivery person didn’t look at the gate. So the delivery person left a second door tag asking for my signature. When I called the FedEx office I was told the delivery person has the option of not leaving the package even though I signed the door tag. Operations manager Gary Bolanco was rude and interrupted me when I tried to explain what had happened. Wow! What dinosaurs. I’m glad that UPS is handling most of the deliveries this season.

Absence of management very obvious! Poor customer service! An associate named Angel acts like he gets commissions for the total cost of his transactions! Hmmm??? Anyways I will never come back here… Too many choices for us consumers!

Worst customer service ever. I’m sending back a return I never even opened. That means the package has ALL of its original packaging from the company I bought it from. Angel wanted to charge me 3.99 for filler or else they would not send it back. How does that make sense? Please. There’s no stupid written on my forehead. It’s a return. Figure it out Fed-​ex. Train your employees so they don’t have stupid written across their foreheads. Thanks but no thanks.

There was a death in our family. We were desperately trying to get an oversized collage printed in time for the service. The people here were fantastic. They even helped fix the size, which I had done in correctly. They got it done in more than enough time for the service. Thank you!

This is the best Fedex Office in the world as far as I’m concerned. As a FedEx office power user I am constantly amazed by the level of service provided at this location. Given that this store has a higher job volume than any other store in the area, their ability to provide excellent customer service deserves praise. They have come through for me against all odds. They keep the experience fun and their loyalty to return customers is unmatched. Special shoutout to the MDR A-​Team, SheChell, Amel, Narciso, Ronnie, Christina, Angel and Haleem!

I work in an office and I went to pick up my online print order (on my lunch break) at the store but when I got there it was the wrong size. (my fault) Angel was more than helpful as he resized them and reprinted for me. I did not expect him to do this in such a quick fashion, but it saved me an extra trip and headache. Will definitely recommend this specific store for future business jobs.

Went in about 7:00pm on a Saturday night for the simple task of getting a picture blown up and a couple copies for a memorial of a friend that had passed away.
First off the place is dirty and has the feel of a halfway house. Not to mention multiple machines and the machine to convert cash to there card was broken. We live in 2015 there are better more efficient ways to exchange payments for service Fedex.
When I asked for assistance the first time the employe said we don’t do that here you can go to CVS or Costco.
Then after standing there for two minutes trying to figure out what I am going to do the manger comes and ask me if I need help. He said they absolutely do what I needed done and it was just a simple process of emailing it to
. Message on my end was sent and out box showed it was sent. 20 minutes later I still didn’t have the confirmation code. Asked the employe what was going on and how long it usually takes he replied «do you have a prepaid phone» I said no and asked why he said «they have terrible reception.» Hmm that’s the answer I get from a FedEx employe.
Long story short I never got accomplished what I needed to do. I waited there for about 45 minutes. The confirmation email arrived about 10:45pm that night.
I have been to many fedex office locations and have had awesome experience’s this was not one of them and unfortunately it’s the closet one to me.

The guy helping us was very helpful, he even offered to fill our box with packing peanuts for free since we didn’t know the package couldn’t be rattling around. All around very good service.

The absolute worst customer service ever.
Every employee was busy talking to each other!
I was trying to print a document, and it took forever for them to help.
I was in a meeting a block away. It took almost a half hour to get that email printed!
Unfriendly, and not interested.

An absolutely PATHETIC way to run a business. Just went into drop off a package that had a pre-​printed label and I had to wait with 10 other people for over 20 mins to have someone help us.
The employee’s were completely lethargic, unfriendly and just looked through customers standing in line without offering help.
When I asked the employee about just dropping off the package, he said that the scanner was broken on 1 machine so only one person could help at a time on one register while the other 3 employee’s stood around.
At moments they shuffled stuff around and all you can see on their faces was that they were just wasting time until they were off the clock.
Sadly enough after wasting 20+ minutes in line, I left without shipping my package just as someone else did the same.
As a business owner, this is completely unacceptable from such a large organization that spends millions of dollars a year in advertising how convenient and efficient their services are.
I really hope that someone from FEDEX corporate reads this and deservingly fires everyone that works in this location along with the management. You’d think they’d make a better effort overall but sadly, they don’t.
Going to the USPS office nearby is like flying first class to europe compared to this FEDEX marina del rey location. I should have learned the first time going in there and the only time I’ll be back is when they replace all the people working there with kiosks which would be MUCH faster and pleasant to visit.
If you’re reading this, look at all the other negative reviews here (they are spot on) and take your items to the UPS stores to save yourself all the grief that I experienced today! Shoot, take them to the post office even! Save yourself the PAIN of this store!

I like this FedEx location much more than its previous location next to the theater and Fatburger.
Although, it is still pretty close to both locations. The new location next to Stella is much bigger and cleaner.
The employees are not bad. And there are lots of supplies they sell here in addition to the FedEx boxes. There is even a little photo kiosk where you can print out your pictures.
Free parking. I’d be back!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, have zero acknowledged on their own service & product. I was waiting to pay for my item for 15 mins. The associate who is helping customer in front of me was very slow because she doesn’t know what she doing, also they are so many associates walk around DOING NOTING! and didn’t even ask me if I need help. They were a lot of people waiting in line. I left and want to tell people DONT GO THERE! They don’t care about you as long as they get pay hourly from the corporate.

I am a very patient person, but this Fed Ex made me feel otherwise! What a horrible experience!
First time I set foot in there, there was one clerk and about 10 customers that needed help. That was the first red flag.
I talk to someone finally and ask how I can deliver a digital file to be printed and I was told to email it to them or bring them a flash drive and the turn around time was the same afternoon.
So I go home and email my file. And receive a generated response saying someone will contact me within 24 hrs. Ha! Yeah right.
I get another email the next morning saying «they found my email amongst a ton of others and asking if I still want the picture printed. I respond with a «Yes».
I wait. And nothing. So I call later that day and they have no clue about my order, nor had they printed it. So I was asked what type of paper I wanted it printed on. Then I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. Ha! Yeah right. No call.
So I call them the next day and inquire about my order and ask if it’s ready for me to come pick up. I get placed on hold for someone to come back on and say «oh we threw it away because you didn’t come to pick it up». What the heck? Really?! How was I supposed to pick up something you didn’t tell me was ready.
So I just told them to forget about it and I would get it done elsewhere. And I was going to take my business somewhere else. And to top it off, she responds with «OK» and hung up. Instead of asking if there was something they could do to make the situation right.
I will never step foot in there as long as I live. I feel bad for anyone who does.
