Things started out great with this company and went south fast with the rental property we have with them right now. Long story short — a pipe burst and we had a lot of work done inside the house. It took a while for them to step in and help us out with the landlord scheduling the right people to come and fix all of the water damage we had in our home. You would think they would be calling the right people to get things rolling faster, but that wasn’t the case with us. WE had to start making the calls to get stuff fixed so our house wouldn’t be sitting torn up for days on end. Our 1 year old childs room was almost halfway gutted due to water damage. 11 days later and 4 full straight days of 5 large fans and a huge humidifier running loudly in our house while our 1 year old was displaced out of her room due to damage. Our electricity bill jumped a great deal during those 4 days and we were told this would be taken care of. We weren’t asking for our full bill to be covered. Just the 4 days Roto Rooter had their equipment running ²⁴⁄₇. Now we are having issues with them taking care of the 4 days broken down out of our bill and they «supposedly» need past months bill to then only «see what they can do». I do NOT recommend renting from them or going through them to rent your property out. It’s only great when you don’t run into problems at the house, but you will go through an extremely rough time being compensated for the inconvenience you may go through if something breaks in the house that isn’t your fault. Never will I rent from them again or suggest anyone to even consider using them.

I switched to Real Property to manage my rental properties last year from another property manager. It has been great to work with such a professional team at Real Property. They are by far the best property managers I’ve ever worked with.
Ann, Tami and Vickey are always very responsive, and they’ve done a great job finding quality tenants for my houses and taking care of issues promptly as they arise. They also are always available to answer my questions. They communicate proactively and find good, reasonably priced contractors and provide multiple quotes to handle anything that is needed to ensure my properties are well maintained.
I would definitely recommend them as a property management company.

Real Property Management (RPM) currently manages two of our rental properties, one with a tenant who has been in the property for a couple of years and another that we just leased out for the first time.
With the existing tenant we’ve had some issues with the condition of the property, and RPM had kept me well aware of the issues and handled them swiftly and efficiently while still maintaining a good relationship with the tenant.
With the second property, I’ve been very pleased with the marketing and leasing application process. RPM does a very thorough background check during the application process for potential tenants and really try to find the right fit for the property. Tami and Vickey made numerous trips to our house for showings and provided me with timely feedback which resulted in us making a change to the house that made it more attractive to potential tenants.
Overall my experience with RPM has been very positive and everyone I’ve dealt with is very professional and quick to address and remedy any concerns I’ve had. I would highly recommend their services.
