Jeff K.

Business Owner

Jeff was born in Columbus, GA and graduated from the University of Georgia Real Estate Program, the #3 ranked program in the country. Starting his real estate career in 2005, he has extensive experience in many facets of real estate including construction, development, management, brokerage services, asset disposition and acquisitions. He has personally represented a variety of retailers, builders, developers, and financial institutions in transactions throughout Georgia. Jeff is a licensed broker in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He is an active member on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Athens Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and was the former chairman of the Athens Area Commercial and Land Committee.
