This husband/​wife team truly love their job. Their shop isn’t fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz.
I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look «amazing on paper».
I looked stressed because I work a high stress job– they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation.
130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open… You don’t find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work.
If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything.
If you are a possible customer– I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.
