The UPS Store

I had to deal with them thru a work account, extremely rude at 1^st. After they got to know me they were better still glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Wow, I can’t remember the last time I dealt with someone who was so rude and unhelpful.
I went to the UPS Store to mail two packages. The woman who helped me was sitting down when I came in and was clearly annoyed that she had to get up to help me. Her attitude and everything she did and said made it clear she did not want to be there (I felt like I was in the movie «Clerks»). I asked her if the box I had was adequate and she ignored me and asked me if I wanted her to quote me a price for a different box to ship my package in, but she didn’t acknowledge or answer my question. I repeated my question and she repeated her question. She never answered my question, I was puzzled by that interaction.
She assisted me with mailing another package and asked if I wanted to know the cost before she packed it up (I said yes) but didn’t tell me what the cost would be until after she had finished packing my box and rang it up.
And to top it off, she was coughing repeatedly into her hands, didn’t use any of the hand sanitizer behind the counter and didn’t seem to think she was doing anything wrong. We’re in the middle of cold and flu season, she should at least be coughing into her elbow or a tissue. I almost walked out seeing her carelessly spread her germs.
I will never go back there. Ever.
Thankfully I had hand sanitizer in my car.
I’m still wondering how someone with such a horrible attitude and lack of basic customer service skills could have her job…

Once was enough after using them before… never again
