It’s already bad that McDonalds is known for their bad customer service but this location is BEYOND THE WORSE! I would NEVER give this McDonalds even a 1 star! Very BADDD service and talk about SLOWWWWWW service with drive thru! Was waiting at the cashier drive thru three weeks ago– AFTER paying cashier, waited 10 minutes to get my food! Yesterday went inside for a large coffee. YES, just a cup of coffee and I waited nearly 10minutes! Two customers who came after me gotten their order (food) and I was waiting longer AFTER the staff gave me a small coffee instead of my large I order, on top of that she ROLLED her eyes at me (didn’t apologize for not giving me what I paid for) because I told her I ordered a large (took her few minutes later to correct my coffee size)!!! SAVE YOU A TRIP AND DON’T EVER COME HERE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED! STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY, LAZY AND SLOW! ALSO, RESTAURANT IS VERY DATED AND LOOKS DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE… THIS LOCATION IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYLE SHOP AND ACROSS FROM CHATTAHOOCHEE TECH! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! The people that work here are ridiculously lazy and unfriendly. Is there not a manager on duty, ever? This is karma for eating fast food. Someone from corporate needs to come make things right, or just shut the place down.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The manager leaned out the window threatening my husband saying they would call the police on him. We did nothing to them. All we asked for was my grandmothers hashbrowns that they charged us for that they said they didn’t charge us for but did not place in the bag. And we asked for honey and they gave us grape jelly instead of honey she even had honey on the screen like it makes no sense at all. And then when we asked for napkins she yelled at us more and said YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE! Like I hate that micdonalds they are so disrespectful it makes no sense like I don’t even want my food anymore. They need a new owner asap!

The chicken nuggets are always over cooked and hard, the tables are never cleaned completely, and there is always something sticky by the drink machine. These complaints are nothing compared to the hamburger patties.
I ordered a deluxe burger while I was pregnant. I had tried one at the McDonald’s in Mableton and it was delicious. 2 bites into my burger and I noticed the middle of the patty was STILL FROZEN!!! I have never been back since.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Staff unfriendly. Drink machine broken. Place smells like the frying grease hasn’t been changed. Floor is slippery. McDonalds needs to change the franchise owner. Horrible.

Diners beware!!! This location is so grotesque! First the bathroom smells… the fake plants they have for décor have half the stirophone showing which is moldy and brown! Where I swiped my card had a dirty towel which the back on my hand touched!!! Ewe then to put icing on the cake the employee picked up my fries by the back top of the container, so when she sat them down they touched her hand!!! Oh my gosh I’m so discussed! There were also flies landing in the area I was eatting! The only place to eat near my school… looks like I’m packing snacks for this semester!!!

This is probably the worst mcdonalds in georgia. Shake machine never works and when it does you wait 20 minutes for a milkshake.
