Taco Bell

4 times… I have come to this Taco bell 4 times to get the same thing, and they get it wrong every single time. Cheesy bean and rice burrito with shredded cheese, not queso.
And some how I either get one right and the other wrong or both wrong. And yes maybe i should check, but why go there if i have to open my food up just to make sure its right?
This time was the final straw. i got charged for the extra cheese and didn’t even get it the way i wanted. Even worse my burrito’s were hard.
I will make sure to tell my friends to tell their friends and to tell their families and everyone they know how terrible this place has been. Whoever is in charge should rethink a lot of things.
Ill be giving my business to other places from now on. And hopefully people will read this and do the same.

This is review on their breakfast service only on two different times I came here. The first time I came here the girl in the window was pretty nice, but when I received my food it was luke warm and receive literally one napkin and didn’t get any grape jelly that I asked for. The waffle part of the taco waffle was really greasy and tasted like an old funnel cake, but fortunately I separated the egg and sausage part out and that was prett good on it’s own. Then with my chicken biscuit taco other than I got literally an inch of gravy it was really good. On the other hand the second time I came here on a Sunday the guy in the window was really nice and my food was hot and fresh and got more than an inch on gravy, but this time I got no napkins which I had to drive around again to get some. My experience here was pretty much okay. The food is good if hot and fresh and service is somewhat okay.

Went to drive thru, food was prepared well (lots of fillings). Food was fresh and hot, employee felt bad about time it took to get food (we ordered 17 Items by multiple people) they offerred frre deserts or drinks.

This taco bell sucks. My order has been wrong twice. The food is not fresh.

While heading to the park, we noticed that it was happy hour at Taco Bell and decided to stop by. The parking lot was empty, so they had no customers at the time we arrived, but I had to repeat my order at least three times before I was asked to drive around.
After driving around to the window. I was not greeted right away, but I saw people walking by which was a liitle shady. I ordered four of the Happy Hour items but I was charged regular price for two, realizing the error, I told the cashier that I was overcharged and asked her to check the receipt. she glanced over the receipt and gave me $ 0.32 back, I pulled over into a parking spot to add up the difference, because clearly she had not done her job, and so I could get the correct money back, then instantly decided that I shouldn’t have to calculate anything.
I pull back up to the window (again, not a customer in sight) and asked for a full refund. The cashier did not acknowledge anything I said but closed the window back, a manager then came to the window, whom himself did not ask a single question just took the receipt and food I handed him along with my card. He returned the card to me saying he could not put it back on my card but had to give me cash. I recieved no thank you, no goodbye, no what’s wrong, no nothing… Do better!
Where they do this at??? Taco Bell on Power Springs Rd across from auto zone. Continue to avoid this place.

This was the worst taco bell ever. Who runs out of hot sauce at Taco Bell? Their food is pretty much inedible without the sauces anyway. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house but I doubt I’ll ever go there again. I’ve pretty much lost the urge to eat at a TB ever again after that picture came out where the employee is licking the whole stack of taco shells. gross.
