I had a 2:30 appointment for tire alignment and oil change. I was told on the phone that it would take just over an hour. At 3:30 they still had not even looked at my car. I was the only person waiting in the store. I was told that they thought my car was one they were working on. Obviously they have some issues with communication. I will be taking my car somewhere else for the work that needs to be done.
