We took our 2012 4Runner in for new tires. Simple enough the new tires were put on and we were on our way. We had to return 4 times to the store because when hitting 62 MPH the car would begin to shake. We were ensured after each visit they rebalanced the tires and everything was fine. On the 4^th time returning they replaced the front tires and ensured us everything is great. When driving the car it still shook at 62. They also recommended on the 4^th visit that we replace the brakes all around and gave us a quote to have the work done. The next day I took the car to the dealership and they checked all 4 tires, none of them were balanced properly at all. The dealership balanced all four wheels and did the brake job for $ 150 less than the quote we received from DW Campbell. I will never step foot in this store again. I have and will continue to tell all of my neighbors not to take their cars there. I was happy to pay the $ 80 to the dealer to fix the shaking problem.

Came here for a wheel alignment on my Mustang. The staff was okay, relatively knowledgable. They charged $ 60 for just a FRONT WHEEL alignment which is a way too much. The competitors at discount tire offer it almost $ 15 less. The worst part was I asked about tire prices for my vehicle. It was going to cost $ 1900 for a set of Goodyears! Discount tire earned my business at $ 842 INCLUDE mounting and alignment!
Please look else where and price shop before you hand your wallet over. You can get much cheaper even at a local mom-​and-​pop store.
Plus they send you all kinds of spam in the mail when you buy a service with advertisements. Beware.

My family has been coming here for years.
My step-​dad helped me coordinate getting my tires replaced here, as I was apparently too busy to do so myself. My tires were completely BALLED or BALD or however you like to think of it. «Down to the metal» they said.
David and staff are great. They’re kind and friendly. It sounded like David’s family either helps out or visits a bunch, which makes it a little bit more of a cozy place, and less of a cold-​mechanic shop.
The waiting area is primo for a Goodyear. About six very comfy chairs lined up that look like conference room chairs from a fancy office. There’s a matching «coffee table» in front of them with books and magazines available for your reading pleasure, but who needs reading with that big@ss flat screen TV on the wall, free wifi and a desktop computer as well, if you don’t have your own laptop.
Coffee is provided by a Tassimo coffee maker (it’s the cup-​kind like Keurig). There’s a popcorn machine but unfortunately I was not graced by the savory treat. Standard snack and soda machine and a few blueberry muffins.
Back to the reason I was here. After probably 20 minutes they were done replacing my tires. Voila! .and happily on my way! I’d highly recommend this Goodyear for your tire needs!
