This is CrossFit East Cobb. Located in Marietta, GA, we whip people into shape with our proven training methods and unparalleled expertise.

Our gym is a dedicated CrossFit facility and strength and conditioning gym that offers WOD classes with a CrossFit Certified Trainer that will guide you through the warm up and WOD as soon as you walk through the door. We also offer Yoga– Sunday at 3pm, Senior Classes– MWF at 11am, Women’s Only Classes– T/​TH at 11am, and a Kids Program. Our gym is not dangerous, in fact, we’ve never had someone get injured since our instructors have the experience to properly coach and train you. We are advocates of caring and listening to your body while pushing past your mental barriers to success.

We have a preferred partnership with Reebok, possessing a team of coaches with backgrounds in ultramarathons, US Special Forces, Iron Mans, etc. Check out our Reebok apparel, proteins, supplements, and more! We provide our customers with facilities that delight, complete with locker rooms and showers for cooling off.

History

Established in 2009.

Because of the quality of our training, unique programming, and our background we attract clients from not only East Cobb but all over the Atlanta area including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell. We have trained everyone from soccer moms and football dads to Marines, Army Special Operations Forces, and everyone else in between. Every time you walk in the door at CrossFit East Cobb there will be a CrossFit Certified Trainer who will guide you through the warm up and coach you during the Workout of the Day (WOD). Our small group fitness classes ensure hands on attention and instruction; you will never be on your own. During the week we train on all ten CrossFit Fitness Domains which are: cardiovascular respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Our strength program places a heavy emphasis on basic barbell movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press along with Olympic lifts.

I began doing CrossFit when I was in the Army’s Special Forces. I liked the results I saw and convinced my buddy, Jason, to start doing it with me. Later, we had the background and expertise to think about opening up our own gym. The community here is strong and you won’t find more experienced and dedicated coaches to help you through workouts. Enjoy our facilities and reach a fitness level you never thought possible!
