To say that I had a bad experience at this business would be a GROSSUNDERSTATEMENT. It was HORRIFIC. When you go to a business there is a bare minimum that a consumer expects to receive; courtesy, respect and professionalism. The phlebotomist, Kimberly Jordan, was beyond rude. It was almost inconceivable. When I arrived, she was thumbing through paperwork and so I patiently waited at the front desk. She finally looked over at me and said with an enormous attitude«AREYOUJUSTGOINGTOLOOKATMEORAREYOUGOINGTOTELLMEWHATYOUACTUALLYWANT?!». I was kind of in shock and not one hundred percent sure she was talking to me so I looked behind me and quickly realized that, yes, she is talking to me. I was so caught off guard and was not expecting to be spoken to that way. I immediately asked her«What is your name?». She then responded with«I don’t have to tell you anything.»(Her name was listed on the wall as the phlebotomist so that is how I knew who she was). So I left immediately and called the corporate office. I have not received a response from corporate.
