Wonderful, now one of my favorite beaches. There is a walkway from the lagoon to the main beach. Breath taking.

Absolutely AWESOME!!! There was great access to the beach. It also had a shower with three positions when washing one’s body. It had both steps and a ramp for beach carts. Unfortunately, there is no parking. However, that is to be expected in a place like Marco Island. We were able to access it and not have any problem with parking because we stayed at a condominium nearby. So, if you can, stay in a condominium nearby because they are much cheaper than a hotel and you get the same benefits. Also, they tend to be a lot quieter. So, that’s a huge plus if you want peace and quiet after a long day at the beach.

We lucked out on our accommodations which happens to be across the street from this beach public access. It’s located between The Madeira and The Royal Seafarer, right on S Collier and off of Maple Avenue. The down side is that there aren’t public parking spaces available. However, at your own risk!!!, you may be able to park for an hour or so in the shop parking spaces in front of San Marco Residence. There’s a nail shop and dental office on this strip, hint.hint.(Not recommended for a day long stay at the beach) maybe just to take a peek. Move stealthily, ninja like. Lucky for me, I’m a guest there. A huge star for the calm waters, a huge star for the wide stretch of white powdery sands and a huge star for the shower facility. Lost 2-stars for parking availability and lack of shaded areas.
