DCH Millburn Audi

Their cars are in poor condition. Jake says they charge you more when they are dinged up because they have to fix them… Why pay more for a car that needs repairs? Also they don’t do the repairs until you to pay 3k– 5k to certify the car. The prices online are not the same as on the lot because of this and their pricing is not transparent. Overall after seeing a few cars their inventory seems pretty beat up with interior scratches and exterior flaws. Going to Paul Miller Audi.

I am in the process of shopping for a car and I ran across one of DCH Millburn cars online. I’ve never heard of this place but I can tell you that I am not impressed with the reviews regarding their service. The car looks great, but I live in D.C. and I refuse to take a 200 mile trip to Jersey to be disappointed by the employees. Im not a huge fan of salesmen to begin with, so the less games they play the better. Somehow, I get the feeling that there will be nothing but «games» waiting on me at the door. I think I’ll pass. Do better guys.

Just a quick follow up. So it’s been a year later. And we picked up our 2^nd Audi in 12 months. A 2014 A6 3.0 prem plus with roughly 14,000 miles… At another dealership. That could have been 2 sales for DCH were it not for the attitude. Just a little reminder to retrain your staff.

I’m in the market for a car immediately and there was 15 – 20 employees in the showroom and no clients at all. I normally walk in not dressed up to these type of higher end dealerships and I walk around and checked four different vehicles for at least 10 mins. Per vehicle and no one, not one employee there said hello or any acknowledgement at all.
You just missed a sale.
Never judge what People are wearing.
Always say hello to a potential buyer that walks in your retail showroom.
It’s your job.
I would never recommend or buy at this dealership or any DCH dealerships.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a poor excuse for a salesman. Talk about arrogance and self-​conceit! This guy wanted to tell me what to do instead of listening to me talk, as if I was spending his money! He thought because he agreed to a lower price on a Q5 meant he was entitled to telling me what to do. What an idiot! Can you believe he was arguing with me over the phone because I wanted to go with another Q5 after I found out the APR was too high on the payment for my first choice?
Bottom line, I got an excellent deal, including a much lower APR, and drove home with a Q5 from another Audi dealership with a salesperson who treated me as a valued customer. By the way, The DCH guy claimed he was ranked 6^th in the country for Audi sales. I find that hard to believe.
This is by no means an indictment on DCH Audi as a business. I am merely reporting a bad experience with a salesperson who let his ego get in the way of good customer service and thereby lost a sale for DCH Audi.

Just leased my second A4 from Don Kim. Overall, I had nothing but great experience. Will definitely recommend this dealer to families and friends.

Car buying can be an exercise in futility… not at DCH. Straight forward pricing — they deliver what they promise… And to boot… A great car! My sales person was Joe Sasso … Trustworthy — real — easy going… And actually cares!

With an appointment it takes 3 hours to do an oil change and they don’t give loner cars. Unless you have too much free time, go somewhere else.

First of all, I had an excellent sales experience here. Second, I love the car (Q7). BUT…
DCH Millburn Audi sent us on our way July 15^th with a bad tire. We had come to them with two damaged tires (nails). They replaced one and they swore to me the other was safe. Well, we just got stuck in Baltimore with a flat tire during our 800 mile trip. Dealerships in Baltimore were all closed. No Pirelli Scorpion Zero 20″ tires were in stock anywhere near us. Roadside assistance could only offer to tow the car to a dealer and give us a rental leaving us stuck in Baltimore until Monday. We tried to buy another brand of tire and were advised by the tire store we would have had to replace all four because of the Quattro all wheel drive. You cannot have different treads in different wheels or you can damage the car. I should state I have tire insurance. I assume if I didn’t they would have advised I purchase two new tires at the dealer on the 15^th. We also assume they were trying to save money and didn’t want to give us two free new tires. Instead they only gave us the one new tire and said the other one was fine and not leaking air. Shame on you for putting my family at risk on the road. Also, I am terribly angry the first part of our vacation has been ruined. We may be trading in the car Monday — we deserve better service than Audi and this dealership has given us. Also important to note my husband asked to speak to the general manager and was advised he wasn’t available then but would call my husband on Monday. Awful.

0 starts hands down, sales representative was one of the worst I’ve experienced, yelling and horrible attitude, reluctant to let me talk to the manager, was talking to Damian about a car for sale, named a price and settled on checking the car and buying it the next day. I go in and it’s sold saying there was a deposit on it, meaning it’s been had a deposit on it and they’ve been playing with me, drove 240 miles for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, when I said my offer which was near kkb value he got
Mad and said I would not be getting service from them or warranty.

Went in to check out an A4 and wasn’t looking to buy right away, asked for a test drive and the sales person went to get someone else to help me. I mean no one likes getting passed around by different salesmen. then the guy told me it would take an hour to get me a test drive. then I asked about an A3 to test drive and he said the A3 is an awful car and overpriced. I mean really dude? what kind of sales perseon are you? He asked me if I wanted to buy today I said no but I will in the future, I’m sure if I said I wanted to buy he would have me test driving in a matter of minutes. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL NOT HAVE MY FUTURE BUSINESS!!!

By far the best dealership I’ve been too! Not only do they have great products, they are very knowledgeable about all their products, even their non-​Audi used vehicles. I am very happy with the service I received at DCH Audi. If you’re looking for a pre-​owned vehicle, ask for Jake. He’s great!

DO NOT BUY HERE. Honestly one of the most awful car experiences of my life. If you do go here, ASK TO NOT BE HANDLED BY TONY. He was seriously the worst. car. salesman. ever.
My fiancée and I went to DCH to test drive an A4 and a Q5 as we are torn between the two vehicles for our next car. We were greeted at the door by Vanessa who was wonderful, and then told that she would get us a salesperson to assist us. She sent over Tony who’s job it must be to turn away clients, because right off the bat when we said what we were interested in he quoted monthly payments of $ 100+ OVER THE CURRENT SUMMER OF AUDI SALES EVENT PRICING SPECIAL. Do you think we didn’t do our homework? It was as if he was trying to price us out (which he did not do fyi Tony).
He then told us he would work on getting us a test drive for both an A4 and Q5, but they were «very busy» and he would need to work on it and wait for the person who handles that to be available. Which meant that he went to the front door and began to wait for more customers to walk through the door.
He came over to us as we were by the Q5 on the floor about 10 minutes later saying that he was working on getting us a test drive for the A4, and when we asked about taking out a Q5 in the meantime, he seemed surprised that we asked about it. WE TOLD YOU THIS UPFRONT. He seemed genuinely surprised that after trying to price us out of the Q5 that we were still interested in it. So he went back to his post by the door, «working on getting us a test drive» and after 5 more minutes of being ignored, we decided we had enough of DCH.
We walked past Tony and told him that clearly he’s «too busy» for our business and we were going back to Jack Daniels where we have existing business.
All in all — DO NOT GO TO DCH. Go to Jack Daniels or Benzel Busch.

Since i am willing to criticize when a business doesn’t perform at a high level I am also happy to report an excellent experience. Shortly after my negative review here Alan, the service manager, called me. It turns out he had been out sick and wasn’t able to retrun my calls. I sat down with him to review my disappointment with the poor communications I had experienced in his department. He was clearly upset and indicated that this was an issue he was laser focused on. In addition he asked me to speak to their customer service specialist, Dawn to review the circumstances with her. The company is making changes in response to the less than stellar service I (and perhaps others) had experienced. All together I sat with them for about an hour and really feel that they are 100% genuine about turning this around. In addition my A4 was serviced at no charge to me and my copay for replacement of my catalytic converter was refunded. I need to reiterate that the performed services have always been good and I will continue to bring my car to DCH in the future

My service consultant was Robert Velasquez and he is simply the best. He is very polite, understanding and above all provided an exceptional serivce. I took my car for detailing and there was some confusion regarding the appointment. When I arrived at the service center Robert told me that the detailing person is not available and I was disappointed, but when I explained my situation and told him that I really need the car detailing done today, he personally made calls and sent one of his guys to the detailing center. He made sure that the car detailing was done the same day with no errors. I must say they did a fine job and the best part… Robert gave me a coffee travel tumbler. That was soooooooo nice of him. I left home happy. For all my future car service, I am going to call him.

I have to say buying a car from Millburn Audi has been the best experience I’ve ever had. They were very honest. The buying process was as smooth as butter. And they were very customer service oriented from start to finish. I was buying a pre-​owned car and they were treating me as though as if I was buying a brand new car. Just imagine what type of service you will get if you are to buy a brand new Audi from them.
The pre-​owned Infiniti that I bought was more like a certified pre-​owned car. The car went through their vigorous 60 point inspection checklist. They really do go through the entire checklist and fix anything on the list that does not meet their standards. The car also came with a 90 days/​unlimited miles powertrain warranty and free one year roadside assistance. So far, the car has been absolutely trouble free.
I have to give special thanks to John Fitz Gerald who help me with my purchase. He was very nice from start to finish. He was very honest and up front about the car. He met all my expectations. Even when I requested for the car to be put on a lift so that I can examine the underside of the car, he made it happen with the coordination of the service department. He was very patient. He did everything in a timely manner. And he treated me with courtesy and respect every step of the way. John Fitz Gerald is truly a gem at Millburn Audi.
Last but not least, if you want to be treated right when it comes to buying a car, I would highly recommend that you check out Millburn Audi first.

I visited MANY dealerships to negotiate a lease before settling on DCH Millburn Audi and Tarik Awadallah in sales. I was super pleased with the efficiency of the negotiation and the seamless pick up. Tarik was professional and personable throughout and was the ultimate reason I chose to go with DCH Millburn. It was an easy process and Tarik was very responsive to all of my questions. He still is vested in the sale even though I took the car off the lot last week. I would highly recommend the location and Tarik in sales!

Great experience at Millburn Audi! Very happy with the process and the ease of purchasing. The customer service is excellent as is the follow up. Will come back and edit once I use the service department but as far as the buying experience it’s hands down the best I have ever had. I went to this dealership due to a flat tire on my new Audi Q5, which was purchased 5 months ago. As I thought the repair at the dealership could be expensive, I tried some local and chain auto repair stores first. However, they said the cut was too large to fix and they don’t have the stock of the same tires to replace, I decided to purchase new tires at DCH Millburn Audi.
Robert Velasquez greeted me very friendly, and instead of taking me to purchase new tires (they did have in stock as I checked with the parts department), he insisted on checking whether it is fixable. Fortunately, the tire was fixed in a very professional way. And more important, it is free! I also get the tire rotations, tire pressure adjustment and car wash, all finished in about 30 minutes and all for free!!! It did surprise me a lot and I tried to give him $ 20 as tip, but Robert didn’t accept.
What could I say for such excellent service with no charge at all, which could easily cost me several hundreds of dollars somewhere else? Robert was very nice and friendly. The waiting area is also great, very nice sofa and coffee, cookies, and super fast wifi and even desktop computers for customers to use.
BTW, the car purchase process was also very pleasant with Joe Sasso. I was just too lazy to write a review at that time.

This review is for the Service and Repair department. I have brought my Audi A4 here several times and they are always pleasant and efficient. Even for an oil change, their promo was cheaper than jiffy lube and they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. David is who I have worked with the most and he is great!
