Very disappointed.
It took a month to get an estimate. They were blaming issues with their email for that.
Meanwhile I had some renovation inside of the house done that also included installing some vents, etc. When I called back asking for an appointment I was given an estimated day they can have job done (about 3 weeks from the day of that call). I also asked for an updated estimate since house renovation could affect the number of issues that should be fixed and $$ amount and was told that they would come back to me with the date of the new estimate date. Next day they called me and told me that they could not have my job done before a month after the day they gave me a day before (so it will be two months from that day). When I asked about an estimate, it sounded like they heard about that first time. They scheduled me for almost 2 months from the day of the conversation and promised to get back on an updated estimate date again. A few days later they left me a voice mail that they would like withdraw their proposal and ask me to find another company.
During my multiple conversations I was told that they cared more about roof replacement=big job=$$$ than about fixing things like in my case. If you need a roof replacement, maybe you will get a better treatment.
