THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. About 3 months ago my vehicle was making a noise when I applied the brakes. I took my truck to Classic Chevrolet that evening. Classic Chevrolet called me and said you need new rear rotors and pads. I said,“great please replace them.” $ 700.00 later and the next day the problems began. Needless to say I have had to return the vehicle not once but (5) times to which they refused to replace the pads. Visit 1. They kept the truck for two days and said we cant find anything wrong and returned it to me. Visit 2. They applied anti squeal compound to the back of the brake pads and kept it for two more days. Visit 3. They said after visual inspection that nothing was wrong. but because its humid you can expect that kind of noise. Visit 4. Derek the service manager said. «we are going to scuff up your new rotors and pads because this will make better contact and eliminate the noise.» Visit 5. I told them to replace the pads and I will pay for them. They refused to do that and applied silicone to the calipers. They did attach a two page email that said brake noise is normal. (Weird since I have had the truck since new and the brakes never had this issue before.) I am a patient person who gave them multiple chances to perform a simple repair. For the last three thousand miles every time I apply the brakes my truck makes a loud high pitched brake noise. I spoke the general manager who was of zero help. He just sent me back to the service department. I will never recommend them to anyone and I am in process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and General Motors to assist in a refund. What a poor service department.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever worked with! They had unexperienced salespeople, there prep department is the worst, there management will lie to you in any way to get you I buy a used car! Please beware of this dealership and there shady ways of doing business! You will get screwed one way or another which they tried to do to me! Again I am not one I post a bad review but when you are treated a certain way I cannot hold back my feelings esspecially when you do not want to see other people getting screwed!

All I have to say is most people dont ever take the time to say something nice so take what tess said with a grain of salt. Jessica Sandfort in finance there just performed a miracle for a friend of mine. He had a **0** credit score. Buy here pay here lots didnt even want him. She got him approved w an amazing deal on a 2010 Dodge Avenger. I cant stress how awesome she is. If you have bad credit, save up a couple thousand and go see Jessica!
