Description

Specialties

The purpose of hot yoga is to improve circulation and cleanse organs so our bodies can restore balance and alignment. The heat allows for a safe and deep loosening of our muscles, as well as the detoxification of our organs.

This therapeutic practice is beneficial for all levels of ability, from the first timer to the seasoned yogi. Each exercise works the organs, muscles, tendons and ligaments, activating circulation to the area.

Heat offers hot yoga 7 days a week, with class times to fit any schedule. Each of our hour long sessions, held in our studio heated to 104 degrees, fuses multiple yoga styles through flowing vinyasa movement.

It is designed to address every inch of your body, inside and out-correcting alignment, strengthening, building balance and stamina.
