The owner of this business Maucilio is not honest at all. He did not follow the basic business rule:
a. he asked more after the first payment was made before the concrete company was called;
b. he overcharged me and did not return what did not belong to him after the project was done;
c. He did not take call afterwards;
d. He did not give the official receipt.
I have keeping calling him but the calls always were rejected
