Located on East Yosemite Avenue, In-​Shape: Manteca is a health and athletic club that offers it all! You’ll enjoy a wide assortment of cardio machines in our cardio theater, a full array of resistance training equipment and exciting group exercise and cycling classes, including Pilates and Silver Sneakers classes.

You can challenge a friend to a game of racquetball, swim some laps in our heated indoor pool or get in a calorie-​busting workout in under 30 minutes with our 29 Minute Circuit®. Our Kids Club with huge playmaze and interactive games provides the on-​site childcare you need while enjoying our many spa services like our tanning beds, saunas and steam rooms.

And, we know that sometimes there just doesn’t feel like enough time in the day to get in your workout during ‘normal business hours’. That’s why we are open 24 hours from Monday –Thursday!
