I prefer this location to any other. Sure they may mess up sometimes but at least they are trying. Compared to jack in the box where the employee thought changing the trash was more important then taking my order. Waited 8 minutes before anyone took my order. Oh well it fast food. Love the new steakhouse burger!!!

Yummy breakfast biscuits!!! So buttery. Soft on the inside and flakey on the outside!!! Their tequitos were very small though.

Breakfast this morning was fast and just as I ordered. I don’t go to fast food restaurants for top notch service so won’t comment on that. That’s what four/​five star restaurants are for. Breakfast burrito was hot and fresh!

I sent my husband here recently to get a couple of burgers. He ordered the big hamburgers. They were terrible. The buns were soggy. They were squashed flat. They had no condiments on them and they tasted like they had sat out for a while. This is not the first time we have received food that has tasted and looked this bad a this location. Thank you but we will be giving out business elsewhere. A manager needs to do quality inspection here.

Not a bad place. Clean and friendly staff. Never too busy. Food is always hot and fresh. And I love the TVs they have in the sitting area (expect they skip and pause constantly — downgrade to 4 stars)

Spicy chicken has really gone down hill… its so thin n doesn’t taste like there’s chicken in it. Taste like im just eating bread. Will not waste $ 1.75 on this piece of crap again.

Boycotting this location. There soda mix is terrible and tasted like they’re is no syrup in the soda. Everytime I tell them they do nothing to fix it.

I had a mixed experience. The person behind the register was new to the job and really seemed to care about doing the best he could.
I ordered two beef tacos and a small iced tea. Compared to the 2 for $ 0.99 tacos at Jack in the Box, you get more for paying more. Rather than just stick half a piece of cheese over the taco meat, Carl’s Jr Green Burrito gives you shredded yellow and white cheese.
It didn’t take very long and he was bringing the tacos to me. I considered then, that they made them ahead of time and re-​heated them. When I opened the first package, it looked that way. I thought that they’d actually made them days ago, especially because the sauce or grease or whatever had soaked into the shell. Most Green Burrito (or Hardee’s Red Burrito) locations don’t have that problem.
They tasted fairly good but not like the best I’ve ever had. I wasn’t looking for home made tacos, but everyone should hold a restaurant to their product standards.
That person was cleaning around the dining room and asked me something, and I asked him about whether the tacos were pre-​made, and he told me that they make them to each order. Maybe, they did something wrong when they combined the meat with the sauce and spices. They looked like those from Jack in the Box.
In any case, I’ll try them again. It seems to me that they just started the Green Burrito menu at this location, so maybe they’re adjusting.

Waited 18 minutes going through the drive thr Monday night at 7:00pm. Employee forgot my soda. I didnt drive off and then she realized it. But really, 18 minutes is way to long of a wait. There were only 2 cars in front of me.
